I wouldn't be surprised if Nibbler's design was just lifted from one of those cardboard cutouts in that shooting exercise scene from Men in Black. He looks eerily similar to one of those cardboard alien cutouts. Either that or I'm just going crazy because of all this.
The thing that makes Five Nights at Freddy's so special when compared to the other mascot horror games was that, as the first, children clinging so tightly onto it was completely unintentional. Scott didn't exactly INTEND for kids to love the game, so it is actually genuine and feels real and polished while still being appealing to kids. That is what these games are missing, I think. Same for the Five Nights at Freddy's fangames too.

@@__aa__ No, I mean the fangames do the same thing as the original. Not being made for kids, yet still being genuine and appealing to them.
Not to mention what it was just conceptually. It was meant to draw on fears that people already have with a premise that worked. "These animatronics are haunted and trying to kill you, don't let them." It wasn't TRYING to give people something to latch on to or to have something it could sell, it just kind of panned out that way.
This just feels like two schmucks said fuck it let's make something that looks like shit, isn't scary, makes absolutely no sense, and has way more story than people will care about or it deserves. It'll sell great!

This is probably my favorite uhyeah video by far just because it's genuinely funny as hell for how it just fits my dumb humor
One thing these people always forget to add with their fan-made Garten of Banban characters is the amount of veins they have on them.
Also, another thing to note is that somebody made real games from the Chef Pigster and Hunter Tim quote-unquote fights in the animations, so you can play through these absolute atrocities and get mad at how stupid the drones act in Chef Pigster's fight.

I have no idea if this is good or bad. But with Garten of Banyan chapter 4 out, these content farm animations are way more entertaining than the actual game now. They are full of stuff happening, its not just walking... walking... walking... pick up item... walking.... empty space galore.
They actually added more complex puzzles in chapter 4.
Also, I believe that the reason for all the empty space is so that they will have plenty of space to work with and detail when they update the game, instead of having to restructure almost everything.
Additionally, not all of the Garten of Banban animations are good. I found one Garten of Banban animation channel where it is literally just random screaming, running, falling and complete nonsense.
These people realised kids were just watching lets plays instead of playing the game and decided to just cut out the middleman of actually making a playable game. I can't help but kinda respect it, that's brilliant

The Opila bird model from that live action series is almost film quality. It's amazing how easy it is to make stuff like that with the current technology.

Honestly, I'm fascinated by how deep of a rabbit hole the Garten of BanBan fandom is becoming, and I also find it hilarious that fan content is more popular than the actual game.
Garten of BanBan almost suffers from being too popular in a way given how there's so much fake content of it made by RUclipsrs who see the game as another easy content farm and it's all fueled by the lazy character designs we see in the actual game. The same thing happened to Poppy playtime

Damn, I got like vivid flashbacks to the very first banban video I ever saw, it was only the thumbnail but I remember liking the character I don’t remember if I watch the video but I think I was searching up happy tree friends characters because a friend introduced me to the show and it was one of the images.

My 7-year-old nephew was just talking about the "new" Banban characters to me and I was wondering where on Earth he got them all from, up until this video where the fake animation channel came up! Holy moly, I thought I was just behind and the devs made a whole new chapter 4 while I was a single day away from the Internet. Turns out, my nephew just came across the same junk I came across when I was 12 and watching fake FNAF hoax videos.

Look, I was scared at Fnaf when I was a kid too, so scared that I didn’t even checked the games until recently like 2, 3 years ago, but the truth is none game can be compared to Fnaf and comparing Garten of Banban with him is like comparing a bird with a nuke.

I don’t know if people forget the fact that they’re just two making it and the fact they said they we’re inexperienced making games, but maybe they’re just mad it made so much success.
This feels like the video game equivalent of Dante’s The Divine Comedy, except Purgatorio and Paradiso were replaced with progressively amped up versions of Inferno and all punctuation has been replaced with “and then”

Do you have any idea how difficult it is to make a 3D horror game? You have to plan everything out ahead of time, which takes days if not weeks. Making a simple character model takes a bare minimum of a day. The animations take forever and if you make a mistake, you may have to start the animation over. Don't even get me started on how long it takes to make complex mechanics such as dynamic lighting and drones. If you make incorrect measurements on designing the map, you may have to start over from scratch. Then when you're done with making the game, you aren't even close to done. You have to do a seemingly ridiculous amount of testing, which then you have to spend days fixing all the bugs.
