    Love this! Something I started recently is leaving when traffic is lighter, and getting everywhere 15-30 mins early. I never thought I would enjoy being an "early person" because of having to wait; but I read a book I enjoy, and that makes time fly.

    I would love to get some tips on how to feel what activity is recharging / destressing for me. Could you please give me some examples on how to notice this exactly? Maybe also some examples on how to notice if an activity is not helpfull or draining.
    It would be super awesome if you could also share a list of activities to try out if s.o. has no idea of what activities would be benefitial for them or just to get some new ideas to try out. Thank you so much!
