Man, im a laibach fan since the early 90s and i am still surprised on how they can manage to make each and every album be for the most part a completely different genre but still distinctly laibach. You guys rock.
Laibach is surprisingly good at this sort of thing - it reminds me in the best way possible of John Carpenter's cover of "Benson, Arizona" used in his wonderful little '70s sci-fi film "Darkstar" - an under-rated low-budget classic of the genre about a doom mission by a crew of extremely alienated and dysfunctional blue-collar space engineers on a deteriorating spacecraft with an insane AI computer and a psychopathic alien vegetable as their only companions, who together can only find meaning and purpose in the empty universe by looking for rogue planets to blow to atoms on the flimsiest of excuses..... I think the movie probably isn't far off from Laibach's sense of humor, now that I think of it! Now that I think of it, I'd love to hear a Laibach take on that song... ruclips.net/video/eTa2vXL7FI8/видео.html

@@tunguskalumberjack9987 - Enjoy the movie! :) I think it's currently free on RUclips... one of the first movies that John "The Thing 1984" Carpenter made, with Dan "Alien 1979" O'Bannon - and you can see a little of both of those classic sci-fi/horror movies in "Dark Star", though "Dark Star" might just be the most bleak and cynical of the three. If you like "Dark Star", and have never seen "Doctor Strangelove..." check that one out, too, it's very similar as a 1960s Cold War dark comedy by Stanley Kubrick on much the same wavelength that Laibach runs on, and just as much fun, standing up just as well today as it ever did in its own time.

There's no warmth in the light
How I miss those desert skies
Your cool touch in the night

My body flies the galaxy, my heart longs to be there
Benson, Arizona, the same stars in the sky
But they seemed so much kinder when we watched them, you and I
[Verse 2]
Now the years pull us apart
I'm young and now you're old
But you're still in my heart
And the memory won't grow cold
I dream of times and spaces
I left far behind
Where we spent our last few days
Benson's on my mind

My body flies the galaxy, my heart longs to be there

And we are getting old
But you are always on my mind
