2018 Dodge Durango SXT 3.6L Water Pump Replacement

Follow along as I walk you through the process of replacing the water pump in my 2018 Dodge Durango SXT with a 3.6L V6. This process should be the same or similar as any other 3.6L V6 offered in Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep Vehicles.

Thank you for this video. Saved me. Had to change the water pump 1 hour into an 8 hour road trip. Got it done in an O'Reilly parking lot. Couldn't see a couple of the top bolts. Video definitely made it easier. Thanks

You have a great video on how to change this water pump. It really helps me to change my wife's pump. One word of advice thought, I usually use a piece of cardboard and trace the pump and poke holes where the bolts go on the cardboard.

Great video! What prompted you to change out the pump? Did you ever visibly see fluid dripping, or only dried up drips? I'm having overheating issues and loss of coolant (I started with changing out the thermostat, but the issues still exist), but haven't visually seen anything dripping, but I'll have to double check for the dried drip marks you pointed out on yours.

was your 2018 leaking antifreeze from the middle also? I see an antifreeze trail that could be pump but i don’t visually see the leak from it.

Did you have to put gasket seal on the gasket or is it a dry fit
