Chef the skin not dry from the cold ,it’s the food,fruits vegetables lots of water no fat and cut down on oil for at least a 2 months you will see the change it’s mean the kidney needs flush keep up the diet chef💯❤️GB to Rona 🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️❤️

great meal plan that won't spike your insulin levels. lots of veges and meat, bone broth without the bread and starches like spuds is the best way to eat and best for your health. and very satisfying and filling

Please 🙏 My daughter Fainu’ulua Ettie Tour Faletolu lives in Perth Western Australia 🇦🇺 Her birthday falls on the 10th May will be 51 yrs old . My grandson Morgan Graeme Cole lives in London his birthday 15th May will be 21 yrs old and my daughter Uitualagi Aivale Cole on 31 st May will be 48yrs old live in London as well ❤Thanku.
