I could eat more and more and more 🤣 I like that you used the textured macaroni. I wish more people did. It just holds onto that cheese so much more. Your videos always leave me hungry. That was a good call on the casserole dish. We make macaroni and cheese the same way but we usually just cook the cheese in the sauce without the egg. Of course that's just a stove top version. Yours looks so good!
I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks. That is the easiest way to make mac and cheese I've ever seen. I'm gonna make that tonight. The only thing I'll do differently is add some dry mustard. I'm not even scared. Thanks for the smile, and may God bless you!

This reminds me of my Mom’s recipe. My job was to grate the cheese, so I never watched her do the rest of the recipe. So, I thank you for this video so much!! She also did a topping with crushed saltines dotted with butter I think. Does that sound familiar to you? Anyway, thanks for sharing!
