Guys, great video! Love it! I would add a few more of the major employers in Plano near by to your video. Totally love what you have done so far. I live in west Plano but, looking at moving to McKinney in the future!

I just moved to north mckinney, so far I dont see any suppermarket or any bussiness near by. If I want anything I have to go down to 380 or lower mickinney. Wondering if there will be more bussinesses coming to north mckinney? not like they have many land left for the bussinesses. If so north mckinney sucks
That got shot down (pun sorta intended) in a ~40/60 split. Alot of potential, but many legit concerns that it would only benefit a wealthy few at a real detriment to everyone else, on top of probable tax increases despite the city's claim. Personally I wanted it and all the economic benefits. The funny thing is that it already benefits the wealthy few but economic drivers have trickle down effects. It would've required some welcomed infrastructure improvements to make the planned eastern side terminal accessible to vehicle traffic that would probably take alot of pressure off of Highway 380 where it comes into Mckinney. Even without scheduled passenger service, the airport is growing into something like Addison Airport, powered by very busy corporate and general aviation. Passenger service would've accelerated this process but general airport expansion has been steady for the past few years with the many new hangars, corporate terminal and infrastructure improvements.
I can’t believe it’s grown that much!
Yeah it was a mess there for a minute! Much better now.
McKinney has a large population, but still a great place for families to live. I love the downtown and all of the parks ❤
I love the downtown area as well!

Thanks Mike for info about the grid around McKinney. It's still a great place to live. 380 has some of my favorite places to eat.

Melissa is adding an HEB. Not technically considered McKinney but it’ll probably be easier for you to get to Melissa’s HEB than deal with 380
What is the latest on the airport?
