That was great fun thanks, i think the odds were in favour for the cyclists on the second effort as their recovery would be greater free wheeling down hill whereas you still have to run, but that aside it was great to watch and could not believe the pace both runners kept, you could appreciate the gradient when you saw how hard the cyclists were working, steepness of hills does not always come across on video, thanks again and Merry Christmas to you all , from a soggy Somerset UK
