Sometimes Markus pops up in the comments so I hope he reads this. You’ve been a friend and inspiration to me for a few years now, even if only through your videos. You’ve brought so much into my life, your knowledge and perspectives, that parts of me have changed for the better due to you. I’m so grateful for you and Cara.

Four years ago I was ill. Anemia, joints pain and many many more. I took painkillers everyday to be able to go to work. It started when I saw Markus and Cara videos which has changed my life completely. I cannot put to words how grateful I am until this day and I will always be. I also downloaded Markus book "Heal yourself 101" It is honestly amazing book. Easy to read and understand, I love it. Until today I still sometimes comeback to this book. There is also a few totally great videos to watch like for example " The only real way to heal yourself " or about enema for people who would like to change they life for better, healthier life. And I cannot forget to say about Cara's videos about recipes and exercise. They are so inspiring for me and I learned a lot from it. Thank you so so much. I am vegan, mostly on raw and I am not going back. Before I drink 3 to 5 coffees a day. After I go vegan it took me about 3 months to don't want to drink coffee anymore, naturally. By the way I still smoke cigarettes. It is not easy for me to stop. But even so I see the world different way now, I am much, much happier and healthier and that is why I am trying to share my thoughts and experience to help to others too maybe somehow. 😊❤❤❤

Hello Markus. Thank you for this little movie. I just translated it to my husband. He admit that all this is so true. He eats everything, smoke, drink alcohol (not everyday but from time to time at party or on meeting with friends). Now he found out he's ill. It could be cancer, but not full diagnose yet. Now he want to go raw vegan like I am and my mom. I suggested him to do like Dr Brooke Goldner teaching. It means make smoothie everyday with cruciferous vegetables, golden linseeds or chia seeds and water. I hope it is not too late for him to start. Probably at least it will help. I am very grateful for everything what you do, You and Cara. I love you both for sharing all your thoughts and experiences and knowledge with everyone who want to listen. Greetings from Poland you beautiful people ( inside and outside) ❤❤❤😊

You could add to your plan high colonics. The amount of immediate relief given by such is damn near miraculous.

    • @JosephGuatemalaImports
      @JosephGuatemalaImports 4 месяца назад

@@Alex-fs4yd I'm inspired to explain to you that the enema kits that are available for self-administration are good for cleaning out the anal canal, the rectum, and depending on how much water you use can reach some of the descending colon, but a high colonic will clean the transverse colon and the ascending colon probably down to the cecum. High colonics are administered by licensed professionals and I assure you that they really do an amazing thing. They cost around $200 usually and it's like a little spray cleaning of your entire large intestines. Enema's don't hold a candle to the effects of a high colonic. Best wishes to you.

No going back on garbage eating for me. Your ebook, (Heal Yourself 101), is amazing!! I can’t stop reading it. I will eventually buy the paperback. I love the facts of studies given in there. I suspected a lot of the foul play in the “world food industry”, but wasn’t sure. Now, I am confirmed! Thanks to you Markus and other truthers out there. I must also say: you look in your 30s. You and Cara are are beautiful fit! ❤ I love Cara’s “cooking” videos too and watches your channel constantly since last week. @MarkusRothkranz it can be hard to let go of relationships that aren't surviving you. Sometimes it seems selfish. But it's ok to be selfish, you can be selfishly unselfish. When you are happy it's easier to align with your "purpose" and serve others.

I have a neighbor like this. She’s 5 years younger than me but looks so much older, is always sick and in pain and I’ve sent her some of these videos and she shrugs them off. She won’t quit sugar or junk food or fast food and I’ve invited her to go power walking with me. Getting out in the fresh air and sunshine but she won’t but I’ve really distanced myself from her lately because it’s just a “whoa is me “ all the time attitude. @@ambergorritti5087 It’s so not “easy,” and I admit I still have some hot black tea every morning, another habit! But not too bad. My friend was like, “A juice fast?! Now?!” She really thinks I’m nuts. And yeah, I make great tofu scramble and tempeh bacon and all that, but that’s for once in a while. I was craving that sort of breakfast this morning, but just pushed on with my new Nama, day 3. I’m trying to think of ways to inspire my friend to love herself more without being preachy. If your not willing to give up the bad stuff, well it’s become an addiction to you and well then you better get use to a life of suffering and the bad consequences..

This is so true, beer for example has a bitter taste and the appearance of pee, and people love it, even the smell is descusting, there is a fabric of beer where I live and the smell almost makes me want to vomit. Beer also has the disadvantage of leaving you with a big belly, so there's no point in drinking beer or fattening drinks.

Very good video, Markus👍 But with one thing I disagree: Coffee and alcohol taste good. And it is the same - as you said- with all the sweet stuff. That's why people like to drink orange juice instead of water. It tastes better.....that was why I put sugar in my tea for most of my life- it tasted so good. And I was addicted to it. I quit sugar nearly ten years ago, but my tea doesn't taste good anymore since then.... Sometimes I think about it and wish I could do it again. But I am too disciplined for that😉

Since I started to take sea moss daily for two months ago or so, I no longer feel the need to eat something sweet or unhealthy really (coffee is an exception). I had your old sea moss laying around for I think it was 2-3 years before I touched it. My motivation now was that if I finish the old sea moss then I can buy the new one lol and that worked. Now the new is on it's way and I will continue to eat sea moss daily. I can't wait to make cakes with the new sea moss. Thank you for everything that you do. It helps a lot. I'm a 22 yr old female.
Just over a year ago, I was consuming alcohol, vaping nicotine and smoking cigarettes, drinking coffee, having eggs and dairy, and dead animals off and on.
I tried going vegan a few years ago in highschool mainly for the animals, then i tried again for my health.
After failing off and on, I started looking deeper into other things that were affecting my health and making quitting unhealthy things so hard.
    Long story short;
I started wearing barefoot/minimalist shoes while also going barefoot a lot more.
I got rid of my bed and started sleeping on the hard wood floor with a rug and matt (slept on japanese mattress for a few months then gave that away too)
Then I stopped vaping and started smoking cigarettes, I want to tell y'all I am NOT advising anyone to use cigarettes to stop vaping, it's just what I did, here's how.
So smoking obviously makes you stink like cig smoke, I used that to my advantage.
Anytime i wanted nicotine buzz I would have to go outside to smoke a cig, then I would force myself to take a cool shower right after.
I then took it up a notch and forced myself to backpack or bike to a restaurant a couples miles from my house if i wanted to smoke, then i would bike or walk back and again take a cold shower.
Doing this again and again got me in the habit of being uncomfortable in order to get a "reward" instead of the instant gratification vaping gives you (because you can be a couch potato and just keep hitting a vape inside as much as possible without stinking)
Then I was sitting by a fire i made one day and had 5 cigs left. I smoked them all and grabbed the 4 empty cartons of cigarettes I had stored (kept a few to keep track of how many i was smoking)
Then after i smoked my last cigarette while cooking some asparagus over the fire, i took the cigarette cartons and burned them all.
This was September 18th of 2023 and I have been completely nicotine free since!
I stopped drinking caffeine december 28th of 2023 and had my last beer just a few days ago.
I want people to know as a former addict to these substances that it IS possible to give these destructive behaviors back where they came from, HELL.
I still take cold showers and wear the barefoot shoes and sleep on my floor, in fact I've started sleeping in my sedan on some plywood so I don't have to pay rent anymore.
Use your intuition and go back to nature people ! Markus is the real deal!
I also have replaced all manmade hygiene products with the original earth made multipurpose cleanser, CLAY.
I use kaolin and bentonite (most affordable) dry clay powder and mix it with water till i get a paste, I can use this for my toothpaste, body wash, or deep cleansing masks.
But for regular washes of the body and hair, i mix the clay with more water so it's like liquidy clay water and soak my hair in that.
It has truly changed EVERYTHING about my hair and my hair is now becoming everything I wanted it to be, thick and healthy.
I could say soooo much more, but i realized i've gone on a health tangent 😅 Thanks for reading ✌🏼
PS haven't ate meat since sometime last year and still fighting processed food addiction, just got Markus's PF cleanse and excited to get rid of the parasites making me crave junk!

Have you had antibiotics in the last 1.5 years? If so, that wipes out gut probiotics. Coffee does too. It also depends what you are eating and drinking. The biggest problem with most people going vegan is they eat some kind of bread or wheat which feeds yeast which causes bloating. Even going fully raw vegan is they still go for the “comfort” foods- in other words- they choose all the sweet stuff- mangos, bananas, watermelon, orange juice and sweet smoothies. All that sugar feeds bacteria and even some yeast like crazy. Fruit should never be juiced, only eaten whole or blended. Sweet also reduces digestion, whereas bitter increases digestion (dandelion greens, endives, etc) People eat way too much fruit and not enough greens, nuts and seeds. Fruit is super high in fructose and also half glucose. The body can't use fructose so it goes right to the liver where it gets converted to more glucose. This ties up the liver which is responsible for cleansing the blood, hormone production, energy levels etc. Skin conditions are a sign the liver is overworked. Of course alcohol, oily foods and smoking anything doesn't help either. Watch this video ruclips.net/video/DbtUprql6qQ/видео.html

if we were taught how to eat as children and had great systems to support us we would not be influenced by bad habits . Its funny we are taught to put on our socks before our shoes. Why is it we are not taught how to eat?

Coffee tastes good though. The smell of coffee and the taste of coffee is really good. Bitter drinks and foods are good. They balance sweet drinks and foods. Organic coffee is full of antioxidants isn't it?

    • @MarkusRothkranz

You're not going to change a digestive system in a couple weeks that took a lifetime of habits to establish. It takes time. Cut down on sweet stuff (mangos, bananas, orange juice etc) and do more greens and green juice plus more apple cider vinegar for stomach acid. Can you handle peanut butter in your smoothie? if you can, the fats will keep you satiated for many hours so you wont eat at night. It also helps to keep busy so you dont sit around going "I'm hungry". The more carbs and sweet stuff you eat and drink, the hungrier you will be.

it depends on what kind of person u r
most ppl have volition of 5 year old surrounded by candy (except when it comes to slave labor 8h a day, which they for some reason can do...but preparing food 15 min is too hard...but i digress)
i avoid habits whenever i can cuz they r like shackles to the free mind/body expression (sounds gay, but i promise i didnt read that anywhere xD), but yea over time one realizes certain things "gotta be done" cuz not having them in place would yield inferior consequences
(most ppl in fact even get overly habitual, until its like a drug (if u define a drug/fetish as something u do because u cannot not do it and overall it has a long term negative impact on u)
so concludingly: always(/or at least most of the time) avoid habits unless the benefits outweigh the negative consequences of one not doing them

Please don’t put coffee in the same category of bad habits as alcohol, smoking, sugar etc. I drink it with a splash of half and half. So does my dad who is healthy at age 90. And my uncle who is 97 and still drives and lives alone. He too loves his coffee. 😊

Again, we don’t put sugary junk in our coffee. Just for the record, my grandparents lived the exact same life… ate the same, did the same activities, they were each others best friends. They grew most of their own food and never ate sugar. Honestly no cookies or snacks in their house only real food and that’s where I started my good habits from. Having said this, the ONLY thing different between the 2 of them was my grandma had a cup of coffee with a splash of milk in it every morning. My grandpa, like you was dead set against coffee. She lived SIX Years longer than him. He was 91 and she was 97 and both with zero health problems and zero prescription drugs 👍🏻😀 so, as much as I love 99.9% of your content and agree with you, I disagree about coffee. Coffee is a bean Markus. And there’s been plenty of studies showing the health benefits of
Coffee. 🤗 love you guys !!!
