Yeah. It is Rhodes, also they even referenced the scene where Thor chops off Thanos’ hand in the HISHE of Infinity War. The only difference is while Thor succeeded in the HISHE, in Endgame, they failed because Thanos destroyed the stone two days prior.
So that’s rhodey, drax and nebula for killing him as a baby. Everyone else still alive against.
That was a fan suggestion but the directors decided to answer it in the movie they asked other questions too

The reason Rhodey's suit didn't have a parachute is because it was Mark 2, where Tony just intended to test flight, and the later suits had parachutes. That also means that it's Justin Hammer's fault for putting all the guns in with no parachute.
this one was the mark 2 version of the war machine armor though. And tony gave spider man a parachute because of what happened to Rhodey
Tony made new suits for Rhodey starting in Iron Man 3, specifically because Hammertech was a hackjob.
Also because Tony learns from his mistakes

I actually think Rhodes should have died, or at least remained permanently crippled. I have a hard time respecting Civil War, because there's this big epic conflict, heroes pitted against each other, isn't it so tragic... and there are pretty much zero lasting consequences to any of it. Infinity War kind of retroactively saved it, by showing how the heroes being divided helped Thanos commit genocide, but by itself Civil War is a really weak movie, because it takes a very serious premise and treats it like a fun romp (it also did a bad job of giving Tony and Cap decent motivations for their respective positions, I thought).
