    Just made them. Perfect! Thank you so much Ma'am for this super easy and beautiful recipe! For people who are asking about the 40 minutes pressure cooking, just keep the cooker on the lowest possible flame or on your induction at lowest setting. It will not whistle anymore. I got perfect chumchums, exactly like the video. They are super soft and tasty. Try it if you like sweets. I am not making rasgullas anymore 😁

      Can you tell me how to convert it into electronic pressure cooker time? I've Instapot with me the electronic version of the pressure cooker and I'm lost how to read the whistle time and the 40 minutes.

      Can you please explain how long to use the pressure? How many whistle and what’s the 40 minutes? It takes 3 hours to achieve the color. I can save so much gas if I use pressure cooker.

      Actually I used vinegar instead of lemon.may b so n 3 4 whistles bhi aaye..can it be d reason of a bit hardness

      @@twinklelakhmani262 I also used vinegar. Whistles can reduce water, which may have made it harder. I don't see any other reason. I bet they still tasted great! Try again maybe! Also what size is your cooker...maybe a bigger one is better in this case.

    Oh I love your recipes. I've been watching you since you started on RUclips. Aunty I have Insta Pot at home which is the electronic version of conventional pressure cooker. Can you please tell me when you put the chumchum on pressure for one whistle what was the flame setting? Also, how much time it takes from the moment you put the lid on tight for pressure cooking until one whistle? If I know this I think I will be able to convert it into my electronic pressure cooker time. Please I really want to make this. Thank you!

      1) 5 mins - boiling syrup (Lid closed, not pressurized)
      2) Bring it to a pressure (High setting), I don’t know how long it takes to come to a pressure for electrical, for regular pressure cooker it takes 3-5 minutes to come to a pressure.
      3) once it comes to a pressure, then set the heat setting to very low (don’t unlock the pressure!) and cook for 40 minutes. This is for regular pressure cooker, I don’t know how you can set it to low setting using electrical. I cook it on stove.

      Bring it to a pressure (1 whistle takes 3-5 minutes to come to a pressure) then reduce heat to lowest setting for 40 mins.

    Hello Maam aapki cham cham to zaroor try karenge Aligarh me Iglas ki cham cham bohot pasand ki jaati he mene aik bengali recipes dekhi thi but it requires 3hours cooking your recipe is easy to follow Thanks a lot for the recipe 😊

    Mam, cooker ki ek whistle ke baad usko low flame par 40 mins tak rakhna.... Utne time mei toh bahut whistles lag jayenge...
    Thoda confusion h... Please batao

    1) 5 mins boiling- (lid covered on top)
    2) Bring it to a pressure/whistle- (if using Indian pressure cooker then after the whistle release the steam, so it doesn’t continue to whistle and then continue cooking)
    3) 40 mins lowest heat- (after whistle, set it to lowest heat setting for 40 mins)
