You are funny Crifix- bye- bye-ha-ha. The Wash action Does look better this time and the Spin is Very good- and Balanced Too. Did you ever try the water trick I told you about that I saw someone else try, adding some water to the Dry clothes when First putting in machine- To Trick machine into thinking clothes Weighed more? The Machine Must be Off when putting in clothes and Extra water- depending on load size- 2 to 3 gallons of water Added with Clean milk jug or extra Water Hose attached to back of washer- with a Cut Off Valve on hose when not in use- and that rests in Drain pipe when not in use. After water added- Then- Turn On Machine and Select settings. You will get Way More water and can wash Larger loads- like King Sized Comforters. Wish you could try that and post video of it. I'm gonna try adding more water. But I still have to understand how the machine selects how much water to add for each cycle. It looks like every time is a different quantity. Some time there is very little water. Some time like in this video, the water is submerging clothes

I think the machine selects water by the sensing of the Weight of the items. That is what I've been hearing. I really wanted to buy this machine in the Black color, I really like it, but I am not sure about the water levels working correctly and the Agitating- (cleaning motion) of the machine. I am used to having an Agitator in the middle to move the clothes. Still thinking about it though. Need a New Washer and Dryer Soon. Water level looks like it changes every load. Sometimes clothes are under water and sometimes sticks out.
Maybe bcs the different weight of the clothes?

Worst washer & Dryer I’ve ever bought. Does not wash your clothes well. I don’t understand how its “He” saves money/!energy because it takes so long to wash clothes and then you have to rewash & rinse several times to get dirt and soap out, because they still look dirty. The machines look beautiful and have great features but unfortunately they don’t clean well. So disappointed 😞.
