- What is Gaslighting?
Gaslighting is a form of psychological manipulation in which a person seeks to sow self-doubt and confusion in their victim's mind. This is typically done by distorting reality and forcing the victim to question their own judgment and perception of reality. The term "gaslighting" comes from the 1938 play Angel Street, which was later adapted into the film Gaslight. In the play, a man tries to convince his wife that she is going insane so he can steal from her.

the mental health is the real gaslighting. Maybe I am just fatigue and cant get things done so it feels like its anxiety but its just the fatigue.
