Yea , ya found the spot fer sure . In-line spinners are great fer all types of fish . ( as you know ) Seems the action is so good fish have ta get it . Even wet , it was well worth it . Yea Florida some times gets ya wet . Still this beats the cold rain / snow in PA . Glad too see ya back here again . Keep em coming Leo . Thanks Tom Daytona Beach , FL. 30, December 2020 .
Also, I went fishing today. I must say, it was the best day ever. The most fun I had in 2020. I caught 7 LM Bass, but lost 3. I'm happy with that, lol. I froze my ass off but didn't get skunked. So, today was a good day. Leo, you truly are an inspiration. Thank you for everything you do. I love you and all that you do ❤️💯💕 thank you!
I thought I noticed it earlier when you removed the grass, but at 3:52 you can see the hooks on the crank bait appear tangled. May have affected the presentation...but alls well that ends well. Thomas EP series and EPF for the win.
Great video Leo been watchin for years your very creative and hilarious I'm surprised you don't have more subscribers ..anyways keep it up your an awesome dude!!
Love the Esox genus. Up here in Canada We have northern pike. Being a smaller member of the same clan, chain pickerel are often called just chain pike. Ironically, we often call a different fish pickerel altogether. Properly called walleye. Nothing like a fisherman to muddle up common fish names. Ever heard of a jack for example? Or a bass? All depends on location. That is why we use scientific names. Those are the same universally
Challenge > you can only fish with what you can find that other fisherman have left behind (aka) hooks, lures, jigs . Ext. And yes you use your own rod and reel
Nice peacock leo. Yup by your standards it was huge. Haha. So glad you switched up your lure. I was starting to get triggered watching you throw that crank ALL DAY !
Lakes in Florida that connect to the canals are honey holes usually fish in the actual canals are very spread out so lakes that connect are good spots and bridges over canals hold tons of fish
dude, its so awesome you nailed those peacock bass on the gold thomas spinner....the same lure used to nail rainbow trout, smallmouth, largemouth, pickeral, redbreast, etc near Philly. And here in Maryland. Those spinners crush every species. Extreme versatility. Its crazy how many fish species you can catch in south Florida.
Thanks for promoting inline spinners. There is no reason for them to not to be more popular for other species than the ones normally associated with them.
I just moved to Florida last week. I’ve only been able to fish twice, but got a couple nice largies. I’m going exploring next week when I get a chance. Gotta get on those Peas and hopefully a bullseye. Awesome stuff though.
Leo.. That spot you discover might be what Florida called a retention pond. That area, which is a community, has a lot of those retention ponds. Not recommend to consume any fish in those ponds, but yea, if there is no signs, I suppose it's legal to fish in it.
Yessir! The weather is warming up so they’re starting to bite again. Thats a medium sized one, wait till you get a mailbox 5+ pounder. Check out the glades, before sawgrass mills recreational park. Fish all those canals, they’re loaded with peas, largies, big mouth sleepers, bow fins and lots more
Leo gets savage sometimes. I dont know how many times I've seen him catch a new species and say " this is a new species for me. The first one I've ever caught in my life. Look how beautiful it is....... I'm gonna chop it up and use it for bait boy!!!!" 😁🤣🤣
Man, you contribute so much knowledge on this channel. I had to look up the peacock bass, since it's called a "bass", but at least the genus was different from the North American black basses. Not only is the genus different, it's a whole different family, in the same one as the mayan cichlids. It kind of seems like South American cichlids are like North American Centrarchids.
Most Entertaining Fishing Program EVER!!!! :)

Wow, long bus ride, Sawgrass Trailhead at Atlantic Blvd. You are dedicated!
Oh yeah, brother. I know the entire Broward County bus routes by heart. I took bus 10, then 46, with 30 minutes walk to the spot. Lol.
I could see you living in Florida in the future.

Thats one fish on my bucket list! Nice catch Leo!
This is classic Leo. Gotta watch out for us Philly boys 😂
I am from Broward, the peas are insane around here. Awesome to see you fishing around my area. 954 all day baby!!
They also prefer live bait.
Good stuff. Florida is definitely the place to be in the winter!
THAT TOP WATER EXPLOSION

Macrofishing with EPF!
My first idea would have been a Senko ,you made the correct choice with the spinner.

He,s already done that.
He did that
You need to come to nj and fish Newton creek ASAP. The first 2 by McDonald’s. It’s been so dead, I need to watch a pro do it.
6:20 "Huge! I mean huge by my standards." Words I say when fishing and meeting new people. 😂
Nice peacock leo. Yup by your standards it was huge. Haha. So glad you switched up your lure. I was starting to get triggered watching you throw that crank ALL DAY !
Nice! I caught peacock bass in Fort Lauderdale and they were fun.
Yay videos
My fav inline is the silver fox. Nice catches! Have you ever tried a double bladed spinner?
Do you mean BLUE FOX ?
@@adamsmith3996 Yep, I did. I call it the silver fox cause it's silver. lol
@@MarcMartino great lure. My favorite spinner also. I do like a panther Martin when fishing smaller creeks though.
Lakes in Florida that connect to the canals are honey holes usually fish in the actual canals are very spread out so lakes that connect are good spots and bridges over canals hold tons of fish

SO Monster Mike lol
Leo never turned your back towards a body of water here in south Florida. We do have gators in our lakes, ponds, and canals. Be safe out there
Beautiful peacock! What a fight on the ultralight!
Been waiting for this since the post on Instagram thanks
You should do some top water night fishing there
I'm still loving the fact you catch big fish on the ultralight. Good video.👍🏽

I'm dwn tnat way often... Where did you catch that Oscar & Jewel fish ?
Average person in Florida: catches a 4+ pound peacock bass. Lilttle guy
Leo:caches a 2-3 pounder WELL WEL WELL LOOK WHAT WE GOT HERE
Do you mind telling me the adrenaline to the lake were you caught all the peacock
Nice video. Have you ever thought about renting a bicycle? It would increase you range and fishing time.
Awesome video Leo keep up with the good work :)
Hay epf have you ever herd of the place in oceola county on sh441 were you can catch Australian snook catch and releace
That was awesome how you were talking about the in-line spinner working, then BAM it worked for you. Great video! 👍👍
I’ve been bass fishing in Florida for years and never even caught a glimpse of a chain pickerel. What a cool catch 🎣 and I love the fl vids btw
My buddy just caught one in Loxahatchee. Maybe they are migrating
Peacock Bass is on my list of fish I want to catch! 🎣
That was a good one, Leo. I'm a fan of in-line spinners, also. My go-to for LMBs in March for the Mid-Atlantic region.

Hi when the covid lockdown ends you should come fish in Canada
I have family in Canada and I don’t visit them a lot but when I do, I do a ton of fishing.
@@dashcrawford56 I live in Ontario Canada and fish almost everyday
@@jcreyes1242 Ontario is 50% bigger than Texas! Which part of Ontario you live in? I am NW Ontario, just north of Minnesota.
@@differentfins I live in southeastern Ontario around Guelph
Always wanted to catch one
The lure you found on the ground is a Yamamoto Cowboy. Mostly used as a trailer for jigs or swim jigs.
Ayy was waiting for the upload awsome timing
Challenge idea: give epf the big fish rigs and give someone like blacktip, Jon b., etc micro setups and watch who can catch more
I was laughing when you were jiggling that crazy soft plastic after discussing why the spinner was the move
Love the Black Sheep reference! 90's hip hop!
where is this?!
Have you ever been to Penn Warner club?
Leo was energy level 10 in this video!
Nice
Also please stay healthy, hydrated, and happy folks.
Be careful in Broward Co bro. Tight lines
Leo my heart goes 200 time faster every time you put your hands in the water men be careful 🐊
I thought you were going to pull out the mepps spinner...but Thomas ep spinners can't be beat.
Awesome friend
Still loved the intro man
Some days it’s hard to beat an in-line spinner
ohhhh helllllll yeahhhhhhh!!!! an epf video two days ago a live stream last night and a video today!!!! damnnnnnnn

Can’t tell you how many pike I caught with this spinner. Some good size eating ones too!
Have you ever thought about going offshore fishing for new species?
can you do some surf fishing
Every EPF video I say the intro along
6:03, Leo is the Magic Man!!
What kinda band aid job is that lollll
Brought out the inner black sheep
So we are just gonna ignore the fact that the Chain Pickeral Leo caught got bitten by a even bigger fish?
Tarpon run through their that are big enough to eat that pickerel whole.
