Linda did an excellent job in laying out a very complicated case in her closing in such a way as to give the jury tools to work through the charges and evidence methodically. I believe many cases aren’t successfully prosecuted because jurors just get information overload and throw their hands up and acquit. Great job Linda
Exactly! Some prosecutors are just crappy at their job -- the guilty go free and the innocent go to prison

Verdicts in both cases were precisely correct.
The assistant DA did a fantastic job. She covered all of the basics of the law and that is what an attorney does. She is smart, well versed on the law and it showed.
