    This was NOT self defense. They hunted that man like an animal. They took the law into their own hands and played, judge, jury, and executioner. They are in the wrong. It doesn't matter if he was 50 miles from home, these guys had zero right to do what they did.

    Exactly that! You bring a gun and demand a person to surrender and the person defense himself against you, you cannot then kill the guy and claim self defense.

      You can if you didn't fire before combat begins, hence the police drawing on you and giving you commands. Or are the police wrong in 100% of cases in ensuring they can handle a suspect that they have no clue whether he's/she's armed. This is a stupid arguement.

      @@marksasoldier police have certain exceptions. These were normal citizens. They provoked him for a while. Cops dont slowly chase u as u jog with a drawn weapon when u have done nothing. Even destroying property isnt justified in shooting someone. Lives take precedence over property in not only law enforcement but every ems case.

      @@marksasoldier Yes that applies to police. The fact that one of them was former Coast guard and other former policemen means nothing. They had no legal authority over Aubrey. A group of random strangers holding you at gunpoint and threatening to "blow your head off" negates all of that. He had every right to fight for his life with guns drawn on him along with the verbal threat of being shot.

      She would have agreed with Rittenhouse dummy. She said you are “the aggressor” if you are provoking an attack. The first shots were fired when a man screaming “Shoot me, ni**a,” was chasing after and throwing things at Kyle. How is yelling “shoot me,” not a provocation for someone to shoot you?

      Three people were attacking Kyle with physical harm. Those 3 men were not justified to do what they tried to do. Kyle claimed self defense and the verdict was right. The verdict against these 3 men was right.

      The oldest man was a former police officer. He should’ve known better. The father knew the law but let his racism lead himself against Aubrey. He led his son to think it was okay to carry out the shooting. Claiming self defense without the video, they could have walked away from court free. They thought that if they recorded their racism would help their case. It backfired for them.

    In the 1960’s these men would be given the key to the city and paraded as defenders of their community. Now they are locked up even when video evidence exonerates them. Such is the life in a diverse low trust society.

    You cant assume they are aggressors. Thats hearsay and opinion not proof. To convict you need to prove the crime not assume. She is assuming just as Ahmaud assumed it is a two way street at worst it was unintentional manslaughter they didnt "hunt" him thats emotional appeal not logical or legal. The were unjustly charged.

      How do these 3 apply in the rittenhouse case? He wasnt the initial aggressor. He wasnt committing a felony. He also didnt provoke anyone. Its a messed up situation for sure but a violent protest isnt the same as a jog in the suburbs

      In a June 2018 call to 911 his own mother warns the operator that Arbery has a *mental condition* that had "escalated", and would make him violent if officers were to aggressive with him. 🦘
