Regarding Vandana,let me tell you that she has stopped privatisation of water in INDIA with help of people and NGOs.Also she has got Coca Cola factory out from a South Indian village which was lowering the water table.She is propagating chemical free farming in many villages in India and much more..Just search about her work in organic farming in Dehradun in India and its success.Thanks.

I think, the illusion of growth, the blind belief that total economic production can be measured with money flow, is maintained by systemic ecological and anthropological ignorance which is so prevalent in the modern industrial (corporate friendly) education.

Epistemology is the way of knowing truth. western epistemological mode is to COUNT & MEASURE. She covered that in the discussion of what constitutes growth vs what supports life. So the way u need to ascribe value to what she says is something she demonstrated is used against the sustenance of life (defining what has value based on #s). That said, even in western thought, there's QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE DATA. She has given us a qualitative presentation, of very high quality.

People are so obsessed with chasing money that they've forgotten what makes life itself possible and gives it enduring quality.

It depends on where you are located. Local seeds will probably suit your environmental surcumstances best. Try and search for organic heirloom seeds, possibly in an organic supermarket, if available. Also there might be cirles for swapping seeds, probably online due to the pandemic. Best wishes for you and your plants!

Hey there... would it make more sense if she was tapping her head as she was programing herself, and perhaps other people listening, to at least start to think positively, focus of what they want to create. Perhaps the positive thinking/acting could help people in their individual healing and happiness which might overflow eventually to bigger things. But help heal our selfs first ? We've all been ill at some point, havn't we.
