Row 4: 2 sc, 1 increase(of 3 sc), 4 sc, 1 increase (of 3 sc), 2 sc, SLIP STITCH, 1sc
Row 5: 3 sc, 1 increase (of 3 sc), 6 sc, 1 increase (of 3 sc), 3 sc, SLIP STITCH, 1sc
Row 6: 4 sc, 1 inc (of 3 sc), 8 sc, 1 inc(of 3 sc), 4 sc, SLIP STITCH, 1sc
Row 7: 5 sc, 1 inc (of 2 sc), 10 sc,1 inc (of 2 sc), 5sc
skip 13 stitches of last row, , SLIP STITCH, 1sc
Row 8(I): 1 sc each stitch including 2 chains of last step (now you hv 14 stitches) SLIP STITCH, 1sc

Fill stuff on left side of heart
Row 10: 5 sc, 1 decrease, 5 sc, 1 decrease, SLIP STITCH, 1sc
Row 11: 6 decreases
Right side of heart:
attach new piece of yarn with slipknot, to do slip stitch
Repeat Row 8 - 11

If I’m counting correctly - at the end of row 4 you have 12 stitches - but if you single crochet into three, increase in #4, 6sc into 5-11, increase in #12 , you would need three more stitches?
