The Red Green Show: Classic Comedy Television That Continues To Charm Distributed exclusively by space-mob.com
12:22 The audience showing their love to Patrick McKenna for branching out of comedy and trying something different.
The year after this aired, Patrick was basically Canada's undisputed Actor Of The Year, winning the Geminis for 'Best Performance in a Comedy Program or Series' here, on TRGS(co-win with Steve Smith), and also for 'Best Performance by an Actor in a Continuing Leading Dramatic Role' for his portrayal as Marty Stephens on 'Traders'.
1st time that ever happened, and to a cooler guy, it couldn't.
Viva Patrick! =)
"I watch that show Traders."
One Traders episode had a character mention The Possum Lodge.
Any other Stargate SG-1 fans here? Remember Dr. Felger? :D
Thank😂
@@scienceguy8one SG-1 fan here and yea I do remember him!
"And now here's a man with a riddle, wrapped in a enigma, wearing suspenders, your host, your hero, my uncle Red Green."
"anything over 200lbs sinks right to the bottom. That's 90% of the lodge members right there" 😂
Who else wishes we heard more about Porky Lansford & Fuzzy Norton during the series?
That plastic model van was the funnies thing he ever did in the whole series. I'm glad to be reminded of that.
At 16:54 you can hear Bill(Rick Green) yell "Hey!". One of his very rare spoken word moments.
Red and Harold are savage to each other hahaha
I love how everyone goes nuts when they mention Traders. *giggle* He was working so hard at that point.
Still one of my favorite series, I've been watching since I found it in 2013.
Harold's talking fiber optic cable in '97 here we are in 2021 I still haven't got access to fiber optic cable internet in a mid sized city
13:00 I swear that trailer that Red is walking around looks like the same one we had growing up. A Venture 1978 or 1979.
Every American should watch this show.
lol Herald: "It a stretch of the new highway" "What? Pardon me?" "Yeah, our new information highway"
Red: So, your saying the new highway is the information highway Harold?
Harold: Oh,yes. For your information.
"If you don't want the smoke, clean the van out first."
I love this show.
Still comedy gold. Happy retirement Steve
Love this show
People say the 90s sucked...No The cable channels suck.. If this show was actually on main stream TV everyone would have watched.. I think even if they brought the show back on TV it would do great... Trailer park boys are still going.. had move to a company called swearnet.. but they are still amazing... I can say that by watching the Redgreen show trailer park boys got there inspiration
And Harold, AKA Marty Stephens(Traders), AKA Patrick McKenna..............Traders TV series (1996-2000) is a really good show, even though I only could find the first season on RUclips. Don't confuse it with the 2015 Traders TV show series or a movie called Traders.
"Well... I'm willing to forget about it if you are." lol
This show is just hilarious!
THAT's NOT RAMBO! THAT'S HAMBO!
1:40
Harold’s cracking up.
😆
Hap Shaughnessy playlist 18:16
Fishin and Huntin is where i find God

hi 1997 ya we got a name for those people now, they are called bandwagon hipsters or Apple users
Always enjoyable.
Welcome to the repair shop part of the show, if ain't broke, your not trying. 🤣
When red said there were 85 of them and each of them chipped in CAN$5, I multiplied 5x85=425. So they have an extra CAN$25.
But Red is one of the extra 5, so he should have said he was up $20.
@@JDManring But he still had his share of the investment which was valued at $5 at that time.
In my town the woman in the red convertible would have both tops down
lol Talent. Very difficult word for many.... humans.
I finally found the paintball battle!
The only question I have is, well, HOW does Red afford the Lodge? Taxes (which he maybe doesn't pay) or, well, food... Where does he get any money?
Oh well, its just a show, and absolutely hilarious! Used to watch it all the time!
TheGuardDuck Lodge dues?
Those have to some pretty hefty lodge dues...
Red has commented occasionally on the wives of the lodge members, including Bernice, having jobs, and he also references some of the members being on pogey (unemployment benefits).
@@susanlangley4294 And their show is an actual in-universe show, so they must make at least a little bit from that.
They receive dues and do a lot of money-making schemes to raise money, but the show is the source of income for the lodge
"dont find you handsome, they'll find you handy..." if not hilarious. Red has some good ideas, in handy man's corner, on concept, often it's the execution that needs a bit of tweaking.
5:05 LoL
lol "It's never too late. So no rush to go back to church. I say wait until you're too old to golf or fish." Good idea, I've heard some are great places to take those quiet morning naps in lol
You should always be online with your Lord.
Thank you 😊
15:20, it's Bond Harold Bond.
What did Harold say at the beginning (at 0:11)?
13:00 Oh dude......you should see my flashy Hawaiian shirt style collection!!!! Not to mention the paisley and tie-dyed bellbottoms!
This show is frigging funny!!
18:33 - not sure if Hap's actor or Red's actor was closer to corpsing lol
It is never too Late.
I think this is sad, parts of the Continental USA still don't have fiber optic cable in the rural parts, namely small places in South Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming
Casey smith it’s extremely hard and expensive to get it out there due to terrain and length issues...
@@bostonrailfan2427 Yes but studies show more rural parts of Canada have cable then does the USA, sad seeing how much bigger in area Canada is being 2nd largest country.
The chainsaw outside in the background cracks me up.
"yes I know there's offensive material on the internet...and for $10 I'll show you how to find it."
Quando omni flunkus moritati supposedly translates to "when all else fails, play dead".
So that's what they are saying. Thank u for that, I always couldn't understand the flunks one, but the rest of it I knew. Thanks.
lol Paintballs in the pants
Never much liked the b&w Bill sequences but this one I found quite funny.
Why are you letting u tube put adds in your show it dose knot
I would never buy a convertible
Red talks good sense in that chat to youngsters , of old guys want to be young .
What kind of offensive material is Harold talking about and what makes him think the men would be interested in seeing it?
10:16 indulgences ? does the Catholic church still allow you to buy $$$$$$$ your way up the Stairway to Heaven ???
Love this show but I have to wonder in the comments how come everyone is always lol all the time just leave a comment you don't have to lol............. that's just annoying........
Henry May lol.
Yeah! Lol
The end skit, with Harold talking about how the internet won't try to impose a work order or that it doesn't cause sterility really seems like less of a skit now with Trumpanzees going nuts...
I wouldn't mind trump supporters being sterile.
I love all the camp fire songs, I wonder if you van find them on Goole I might give it a try.
🏒
🧊
Was Dave Night a real person ? If so, that’s an awesome way to honor them if they were part of the production crew or a fan.
How close were you to filming a skit for the kid catapult?
The captions while he’s explaining the steps for the convertible are hilarious.
I found myself wondering, what in the heck a sofa had to do with a van convertible. Then I remembered that this is the Red Green show, so the two very well might be connected.
With the Handyman's Secret Weapon.
At 16:54 you can hear Bill(Rick Green) yell "Hey!". One of his very rare spoken word moments.
Joseph Padgett second clear word, but he’s spoken as part of the season 2 group meetings and provided his own yells and screams
