hi Artem great video and also great the skateboard exercise Whats your opinion .Its better to train the planche lets say 30-60 minutes 2 - 3 times a week or 10-15 minutes every day? Also anykind of tips for sets time and frequency of trainng would definitely help thank you !!
Hey bro, I just got a question. I can hold 10-11s of straddle planche right now (it's my max, so maybe not everytime lol) I've realized that when I try to do a full planche, my scapulas are way more protracted than on my straddle planche (in Straddle I work on protraction but I'd say my scapulas are in a neutral position, not protracted) My question is : should I work on perfect full planche (with protraction, even if I just can't hold the position for one second), or should I work on Full planche more neutral ? (I have never tried it, I don't know how to do it, I am thinking about closing my legs during my Straddle hold) What do you think ? Best form even if the progress will be very slow, and that I do not see any progress, or good form, more neutral and with maybe (maybe, as I never tried) some seconds of full planche hold. I am asking as I do not see your scapulas hyper protracted on your full planche (if we compare your form to David Packer's one for example) Absolutely no hate, you are a beast and WAY WAY better than me and that I could possibly ever become, I am just wondering. (plus, it is highly probable that I could not hold any second by trying to close my legs, as I can't be in the good position by trying to go from advanced tuck full. )
I am talking about your full planche from the thumbnail when I talk about more neutral/a bit less protracted scapulas. (again no hate, you are the master, I am asking for tips ^^)
@@pedroalonso2724 I can now hold a full planche and do full planche press. Work on your straddle planche form. Try to be as straight as possible and to have a "narrow" straddle. Then try to hold the full planche, even if the form is bad
@@pedroalonso2724 Yes. Your routine may be : sets of full planche holds/attempts Then, sets of straddle planche press or narrow straddle holds Leans That's an example, try to find what's rhe best for you
It hurts probably not when you lean, but when you try to take your hands off the ground. To do it more safely. Take your arms pressure very slowly in around 30 seconds. I know I am 2 years late but my comment can help others as well
i was like you last month, and only in a month i can do straddle 2-3 secs. its because you dont understand the planche yet. try that on small parallettes: put a cushior or something like that on floor, and, do a tuck planche, and THIS IS THE IMPORTANT, try to do a "dead planche"(search in youtube) but in tuck form, is like do a tuck planche, and try to touch the floor with your chest(something like a tuck maltesse) in tucked position, then, you will fall to floor for sure, its okay, use the cushior for that, but you will see how the legs, NEED to move to advanced tuck position, is like, i dont think to straight my legs, y straight my legs for maintain the balance, because im leaning forward. that changes a lot the way to understand the planche. For last, try try and try THE STRADDLE, if you want straddle, do straddle, the tuck is okay to streght but you need to educate your body to do a straddle. PD: the planche is too dificult for me, im 190 cm and 93 kg, GOOD LUCK!
many people make the mistake: they try to "lift" the hips for adv tuck. you shouldnt try that, you should focus on leaning as much as possible. if you lean far enough, you can raise your hips without effort. planche is all about leaning
Whenever you gather another bunch of useful tips for the planche, please don't hesitate to post em! Thanks!

thanks but what's zanetti lift? I took two weeks off and it still hurts, how did you get over it? thanks for the help
@@royozymandias3122 You could also change wrist placement when doing planche. I don't know what placement you use now tho, but that's one option too.
