    Bruh micheal jordan was a great passer if you watch some of his highlights he was a great passer so fundamentally sound in every aspect of the game.Lebron is slightly a better passer but the gap aint that big like people like to pretend but in every other category including winning MJ rains supreme and will always be the goat

    • @285dwhite
      @285dwhite 8 месяцев назад +1

      Yes LeBron is a slightly better passer. However I would have to disagree with you on the gap being wide between these two.
      1) Mj has accomplished a lot more on both ends of the court as an individual player in much fewer years. Also The Chicago Bulls accomplished more in less time than any nba finals team that LeBron has ever been apart of.
      2) The distance between mj and LeBron is the following
      1) 1 league mvp
      2) 2 finals MVPs
      3) 4 all defensive nba first team
      selections.
      4)9 scoring titles.
      5) 3 steals titles.
      6) 1 defensive player of the year award.
      Let’s not even get into the game winners and buzzer beaters.
      The distance between these two especially at the peak of their careers is that of an entire hall of fame career.

    I was at this game 8 rows behind the Knicks bench!! It was my junior year in High School!! And me being a life long die hard Knicks fan and it was my 23rd Knick game I ever saw live my 18th at The Garden and 5 at the Meadowlands vrs The Nets (Im born, raised, and still live in New Jersey, East Orange aka ill town) Anyways I was so happy and pumped up for this game!! I had my white Anthony Mason Jersey on and The Garden was the ONLY arena where we would give Jordan and the Bulls HELL! There was always your group of front running Bulls fans at The Garden but they didnt act crazy cause they knew better they in MSG, COME ON NOW!!! LOL Jordan loved playing here 1 cause he was born in Brooklyn and 2 us Knick fans would give him hell and Jordan loved that about us lol!! But for some reason I knew he was going to have a great game!! He didnt miss anything!! Starks did not know what to do!! I remember yelling in the 4th quarter "Yo Starks!! WHAT IS UP DOG, DO SOMETHING TO STOP HIM" And Starks must of heard me cause he looked right at me and just shrugged his shoulders like he was saying im trying everything!! what you want me to do!!! But MJ could not be stopped that game, he was NBA JAM "HE'S HEATING UP"!! THEN ON FIRE LIKE FLAMES WERE GOING THROUGH THE BASKET EVERYTIME HE MADE A SHOT!!!! It proved he indeed was back!! And yea being a die hard Knick fan I was just in Awwww on his performance and he was loving every minute of it!!! My pops told me during the game "Shawn remember this game cause you will NEVER see a performance in person like Jordan is putting on right now"!! It was me 16 years old at the time, my pops, and my little brother Kevin who was 10 at the time and was the only knick game we ever went to that he didnt ask me pops to take him to the bathroom lol thats how much he was into what he was witnessing on that court that day!!! It still remains one of my favorite memories growing up and I will NEVER EVER FORGET THE DOUBLE NICKEL GAME NEVER!!! THE NIGHT JORDAN TOOK OVER MSG AND LET THE ENTIRE NBA THAT "HE'S BACK" SMH HE HAD 20 POINTS IN THE 1ST QUARTER ALONE I THOUGHT HE WAS GOING TO HIT 60 BUT HE WAS ONLY 5 POINTS AWAY FROM MY PREDICTION I TOLD MY POPS AFTER THE 1ST QUARTER!! AND ALSO THANK YOU TO MY POPS FOR SURPRISING ME AND MY BROTHER WITH THE TICKETS TO THE GAME THAT HE SHOWED US THE MORNING OF SMH THAT WAS MY POPS LOVED TO SURPRISE US AND SEE US HAPPY AND A SMILE ON MINE AND MY BROTHERS FACE ALWAYS!!! JUST HAD TO SHARE THIS MEMORY!! AND STILL IM A DIE HARD KNICKS FAN FOREVER

An nba offense nowadays revolves around getting a 3 point shooter open. The beauty of the game was lost. Back then, the nba had alot more isolations, mid range scorers, post ups, and intensity. Nowadays, most shots come from the paint or 3. No post ups, less isolations, no grinding hard energy for baskets. The effort it took to score in back thens game made the game funner to watch

      Wasn't incredibly effective this game, but just the energy and effort goes a long way. Can occasionally make for easy buckets but the amount of guys in passing lanes and moving on the floor is so much better to watch.

    Nach der Schule haben wir dann auf unseren Schulhof Luniz gehört und Basketball gespielt. Ich kann sagen, ich war dabei 👌
    Ich habe noch alle meine Jordan Karten aus den 90s 💪💪

    Man you watch the first 2 minutes of this game and the quality of the NBA blows you away in comparison to today’s NBA. Ewing backs down in the post draws extra defense. They ACTUALLY CONTEST HIS SHOT. All 5 bulls run the floor. Jordan hits a smooth pull-up. The knicks inbound the ball and the bulls are pressuring at a FULL COURT press. It’s exciting. It’s physical. It’s fun, you get the sense that you don’t know what’s goin to happen because these guys are actually trying and have pride in The outcome. Today the players dap each other up after getting dunked on and they don’t contest shots and they don’t care. It’s just a rich man’s pickup game in 2020. Some players even apologize to their teammates for getting Their rebounds today. Lol I can’t watch this much because it depressing exposed today’s NBA PRODUCT quality as being pure trash.

    • @JoeSmith-iv3sf
      @JoeSmith-iv3sf 4 года назад +3

      100% facts! Young guys think today's players are so much better athletes and some are but each team also has 1 guy over 6'10 some of these line ups have 3 of them. Just watching effort on defense and player movement is enjoyable. Players getting in passing lanes.
      It's not that there isn't talent today, but they are not teams. I don't enjoy watching 3 over sized guards a small stretch 4 and an undersized big playing ball. Only so many iso jump shots or drive and kick outs I can watch. I enjoy watching 2 or 3 guys contest dunks and lay ups. I miss players like Charles Oakley and Anthony Mason. I miss true Centers. I miss actual rivalries!
