The impact he had not only in the United States, transcended throughout the globe. Every single soul, regardless of where you come from, what skin color you are, everyone wanted to BE LIKE MIKE. it WAS just entertaining. The game on and off the court. Now they say all the same, they do all the same and they never shout out anymore. They just got to clean, to soft. You can compare it to WWE. Problems are the same, just on another stage. So the problem clearly isnt the winning teams. Its the players and staff members, who are trying to never do something wrong and surely never piss anybody off. In real life we call them a certain way, we are not allowed on the internet anymore. ;) On the other hand, Rodman had 2 days off from press vultures after a game. A comfort no pro sportler of a mattering sport has anymore. No one. Not even on 4th line in NHL, even if you are the
      17th best on the Team.
Its the same problem all big sports got. they got stale and boring. And the coverage is all over the place. For example: I am german. In 1996 you talked about soccer on Monday at work for some minutes and concentraded back on soccer on thrusday to see who plays in the friday evening game. the saturday sunday all out soccer. In 2021 you go out of the house and got the first news of soccer on radio, or even unasked on my cell phone as i look up the news page. Its become ridicilous. A pro sports guy can not even buy a fn beer or even coke without getting terrorised. Do you call this freedom? and dont argue with this silly money crap. Demand defines the outcome of money! If you would be one of the best in the world at what you do, you would get more money, too. Be honest to you! I quit sports at the age of 14, because i found girls and parties more attractive. So what, this was the time, where they already gave up time of their life, without any gurantee!
So what actually changed since the 90s? People in general got more entitled and dickheaded! But sure media campaigns can make lose your head and let you think, BLM and this all this financed crap, to keep to dumb quiet and satisfied, actually has done something. Besides throwing rocks, plunder and riot like a bunch of uncivilized Zombies on Crack... But no... Its all a fn fraud. And this crap divides more, than it does bring together! The solution of a problem is not to just switch the sides and go on. (Proof is Iraq and what US Army did there)
And NBA players dont make a exception in human characteristic. They are the same as we, just with a lot amout of money, what makes them a little bit more equal then all of us. And people are starting to ask, why they partly behave like they do. Sure they under pressure and they have no time off or something like holiday, like most of us, but that doesnt give them the right to act entitled.
And thats just the human side, nothing to do with NBA itself. They add individual mistakes, like this pussy agenda. Just watch a game with D-Rod and on of today... plus 3s make the game very boring to watch... its spectacular they this quotes at this level of pressure, BUT everything you getting used to, is someday getting boring and therefore uninteresting for some ppl.
plus there is no bodygame anymore... there is no shaq anymore, who was the reason for the ostertags of the other team, for trying to match him in any way.
Plus the best player isnt as near as spectacular as MJ23. (But that is a subjective Opinion on me. I dont take anything away from LeBron and his number. He is also a once in a generation player, no deny. But you have to realize, i have grown up watching MJ change the game and bring it to Europe. I started playing B-Ball BECAUSE of MJ. Nobody will ever touch this, FOR ME! Again my Subjective standpoint, objective is impossible for, because of the influence MJ had on me as i was going into my teens. I learned a lot form him about competition and getting the best out of others, the later many years later as i remembered certain interviews he made.)
For me NBA lost its grove. Its become more of show to me, than a hard fought competion. And this spot already got WWE/AEW on my scedule :D
Speed and Hits are NHL and the individual effort I take out of wrestling. So basiclly those three became a sort off a substitution therapy to me. :D
But i wont say NBA become crap. Its just some points, but they are there for a long time. :D And the amount of demand on NBA doesnt say it sucks either :D
So no matter what, you cant argue about sport :D every has a differnet opinion on everything. we got learn to cherish what we got again, to come full circle with what changed in general since the 90s. A huge amount of us has gotten spoiled, because we got no serious problems, so we creat so minor to not get bored out. :D A citizen from Uganda would propably give his whole life, to see a NBA game, but he has real problem to solve. Like getting food, water and the saftey of his kids, mostly his daughters, because there is a medival cult running around the globe and torture and kill people in the name of their god. ;) And we let those people alone and give to money to the tormentor. NATO is real great. I am proud to be a part of this bullshit. (Hope all were able to get the sarcasm on the last two sentence.)
So what has happend? We in the west got waaayyy to lazy and care about to much crap and trust the wrong people, because we are gotten lazy. To Lazy to read a newspaper, to lazy to watch 30 min info vid, noooo we just want drama headlines and some calm for the spirit and after we killed some innocent people who cares where on the planet we are going home and ask jesus for forgivness and judge on other religions like the islam. truth is reiligion itseslf is crap! And there is the big point. We live in 2021 and still live cult, which are senseless and older than the written human history.
How to solve ALL OF THIS:
Be fucking honest to yourself and then to others. Dont makes sence to lie to yourself and then being honest to others. :) just be fn honest. being nice is a direct conclution. You cant be a dick, if you are honest. But then honest isnt wanted. Honest isnt easy, honest isnt fast, honest isnt flee from the situation, honest isnt hide some points form a story because its better for my standing, being honest isnt dening the truth because its uncomfortble, and so on and so on... Call it honesty, moral, brain, whatever society is lacking. I call it we are not hungry at anything anymore. Easy through save waters is the matter of the time and the conculsions are eminent, if you didnt skip school at 8th grade and became a full time demonstrant (NO MATTER IF RIGHT OR LEFT, THEY ARE ALL FN STUPID AND FULL OF PROPAGANDA!!! Put em all in bag, take out your bat, strike, you cant hit an innocent.). :D
not logical, which brings us to the next problem. Logic was killed through lies, frauds and a little part by the part of humans, who rather deny instead of solving thing as they pop up. Look to your right, bro. :)

With my Red 23 on and my leather Wilson in my hands. The last shot, the scream, my father gets up from bed to check it out, scared. Mark Jackson: What a shot by Jordan. Tells the crowd to shut up and sit down. Brian Russel, lets have this dance. Mama there goes that man!
Vangundi: Well executed play by the Bulls Jordan with the push to free himself and knocks down a wide-open shot! Jazz should have fouled in this situation.

There was legitimate fear when Mike stepped on the court, every single night. The streets were deserted by 5pm PST when Mike played on TNT. Guys were leaving work early to go watch Mike score over 40 points on any given night. The reverence was at biblically epic levels. Tears were she's both when Mike retired the first time and finally after his last bucket as a Chicago Bulls player; the crossover on Bryon Russell, and who would forget Elo throwing up his arms in aghast frustration and futility, justifiably so, when Mike nailed the final bucket, winning his 6th and final championship.

Strong Jordan and Bulls fan here, but I don't agree
Even in 1998 Bulls team was really at the limit....... Michael was slightly descending every year, not count Rodman for next year either, and Pippen too had overtaken his peak.
I don't know if Bulls would have survived a game 7 (and we know how they avoided it) and they already risked even more in ECF....with Indiana leading in Chicago up to the 4th quarter of game 7
Other teams were born and it's not given that because you have beat one team one year you'll beat another team 1 or 2 years later

I wish the NBA still had the playoffs and finals logo on the court . It makes the game feel more important.
