@@lalailmas a current smoker at night for ptsd, I’ll break it down like this… It absolutely does quell my anxiety to a degree that I can probably get some sleep in (the onset of my ptsd, I wasn’t sleeping at ALL, even with prescriptions like Ambien). The trade off is it leaves many feeling lazy, and in my personal experience I still get “rebound anxiety” the next day, sticking one in a loop.
To the negative nellys out there… I’ll stop when I’m away from the cause of said ptsd. Just surviving until I can recover. 💕🫶

Law #5: We need more people with self-awareness and accountability!! I'm seeing so many ppl who love to complain about the toxic ppl close to them, but they choose to let them in. I see it mostly with co-workers. Your videos have helped me reduce stress in dealing with all of this. I am able to look at situations more objectively and distance myself. In doing so, I have been able to increase my feminine energy and focus on myself and my needs and take accountability for myself. Thank you for all of your wisdom. It's a game changer!❤

Personally I share my dreams with the right people and never keep silent. I know my mom is going to put crazy what ifs in my head and be super negative. I know many of my friends even though I love them will meet me with contempt because we don’t align creatively. That’s why I make friends with entrepreneurs who can help, contribute, and guide me. One of them took an idea I was so gung-ho about and turned it into an even better one, then hooked me up with a partner to make it happen. But if I didn’t share with the wrong people I wouldn’t have been pushed to find the right ones.

i came across your channel less than a week ago and am beyond impressed on how much i’ve learned. I can feel my perspective being shifted and feel so much more in control in how I choose to react to any and every situation
ALSO, growing up with my mom and 3 sisters, I was so conditioned to randomly lashing out during an argument and letting my emotions just run wild, but after watching a few of your videos, I’ve implemented staying calm and not impulsively reacting to how others treat me because “the world isn’t responsible for your triggers”
    THANK YOU!

Moving in silence is something I definitely need to work on because when people tell me things, I am genuinely happy for them, so I expect the same when I say it. But after years of the same results of people either steal what I want to do or fail after telling them I am done. This is the year of beginning to move in silence

Point 1 is so true. I used to tell my cousin, my only friend my dreams and visions. One day on the phone, after I'd told her what I wanted to do, she started laughing and saying it's great that I'm such a dreamer. I'm now midway through a business degree to take a step towards my dream. Only my husband knows I'm doing it. It feels so powerful being able to control my vision without outside negativity. I can't wait to casually drop it into conversation that I finally got my degree. It's a shame, but I really don't trust people as they laugh or try drag you down.

Law no. 12 is so true. I was so confident in my looks and weight and absolutely loved myself until age 10 or 11. That’s when people started calling themselves ugly and fat, and I did that because I thought that if I said I liked myself, people would think that I was full of myself. I eventually started to believe that I was ugly and fat. I would have never had self esteem problems if it weren’t for society making it the norm.

Wow it is WILD how directly you spoke to me in this video. Thank YOU. I am so so grateful for your revelations and knowledge. I’ve been back at my parents for 6 months and been dealing with gut health/auto immune issues and also working really hard at my business but not getting as much traction as I require. I was SHOCKED when you said the line about telling your mum about a really good sales call and then suddenly the client is no longer on board, that has happened to me so many times over the last few months after I tell my parents an update, and it’s been really disheartening. So I truly deeply appreciate your advice of moving in silence. Also your line about “dad I’m moving to England” SO HELPFUL. The friendship group is a big one for me, there are a couple of people who I need to distance myself from and attract new friends to be uplifted with and enjoy time with. Thank YOU I will be revisiting this video to keep these rules fresh and actively practicing them daily. Cheers.

I (half Indian, myself) have been recovering from a chronic illness as well. I am doing much better than I was at the beginning of my health crisis.I have lost so many friends, which has been hard because I saw for a fact how little they cared about me, but now that I'm doing good enough to go out some, I am optimistic about finding the right people for my life who are aligned with this new, better version of me with no people-pleaser tendencies and better boundaries. I finished university literally a week ago and last few months I was DREAMING about things I will do when I’ll be free, but all I feel now is.. I feel nothing. It’s summer, super short and most pleasant season of the year in my country, I’m 23 yo and everything seems fine in my life, but I really feel like a big heavy cold grey grumpy stone that is lying on its place and that’s all 😢
And about communication: maybe I’m not right but your situation seems better to me, because I can’t communicate at all.. I always unsure about everything and prefer keep silent. My uni teacher told me that I’m smart but too slow and need more confidence. I do understand it but can’t do anything! I do a really big job, get results but return to a suuuuper low position every time and it makes me disappointed more and more.. and when I’m around people who are loud and confident I can’t talk at all, every word is a huge weight :.( I don’t complex about my appearance a lot, more about my soul and everything that is inside of me.. it’s harder to fix!

This is powerful, young one! Never thought about the negative energy that comes from these "WOLVES IN SHEEPS CLOTHING" when you tell them what you're working on. An Energy... you hit the nail on the head with that one. I started practicing quiet action in high school but I never knew why. Move in silence and talk about it later.. Good luck in all your endeavors, Sis!

Top tier advice!! We have to wear the karma we choose, and that’s why self awareness is so important.
Everything we say, Everything we do, our reactions to every situation are often automatic from a place of wounding. When we slow down and really think ahead about how our choices and actions have a huge long term impact on our lives and others it’s a game Changer, No weapon against you can prosper!

Hi Vickita, content request, how about what a high value woman's social media account should look like? What to post and what to avoid and all to be elegant and classy?

This video was so inspiring. I know next to nothing about business/side hustles and am your typical brown girl in med school LOL, but I learned a lot from this video and am considering ways that I can expand on my skills and income beyond just my profession. Thanks for sharing your wisdom ❤

THE BEST VIDEO !!!... Shows the level of self reflection, warmth and openness, the precision in sequencing the points and the accuracy in video compilation/editing to bring about this beauty!.. Love from India 🇮🇳. However, I would politely suggest to take the trouble to re-take the video if found that the aesthetic part is a bit off !!.

Loved this episode, shared with friends/fam.
Was excited when you mentioned Abraham. I listen to those 15 mins every morning. The way your break it down was so helpful too.
I live in PR as well. I hope you and your Hispanic wife love it. Kinda too hot lately so stay hydrated!
    Ty for your podcasts. ❤

And always remember. The people who are sitting at the table saying disgusting things about everyone, are the ones that are going to talk about you, when you leave the table
You’re not just choosing ‘friends’. You are choosing lifestyles.
