- I wish I had a mom to transition with(14 months post). She passed away in ’04 when I was ten years old but I just know she would have went natural with me. You're so lucky to have your mom, and her hair is BEAUTIFUL. Have a feeling shes gonna love her journey.

I know it was hard for your mom to big chop - especially given that she's had long hair for so long. But, her natural hair is BEAUTIFUL! Please continue to give us updates every 6 months or so. I just know it'll grow back fast and she'll grow to embrace it even more. Thank you for sharing!
