- Hey y'all and welcome or welcome back to my channel, Planning With Bre...I'm Breana Kechelle and I LOVE to journal, draw and now, collage. I am starting my fitness journey AGAIN and I figured that I may as well add another journal to help me keep track, stay focused and increase my motivation. In this plan with me video I am setting up my 2023 Bullet Journal Spreads (BuJo) for a " weight loss " journey...the cover page, Weight Tracker and more! I am using an Artist's Loft Journal to create these spreads for documenting my journey!

Just a quick note: my bullet journal setup is not a typical bullet journal for planning. I mostly use this journal for creative habit trackers and mood trackers, diary and reflection pages, and a space to draw and be creative. This month I will be using a few questions to help set the moods and standard for my free writing days in my journal.

I have a much more minimalist style - black, white and grey colours, too - but I want to let you know I have subscribed and I am so impressed with how gorgeous your journal looks. I don't have the artistry to be able to make something so luscious to look at, but I admire the way you've put it together and I wanted to say that. 🙂
Your rewards list is so much better than mine - there are many more ideas, and all of them would make me feel good and treated (instead of buying food treats as I have been doing). I'm sure I will do better with weight loss having these great ideas to work towards!
