I really enjoyed this. So sorry about your knee- it is so hard to be down with an injury- hang in there. I was looking for some ideas for tracking my weight lifting and loved that you showed so many different options. Gonna try the weekly with the breakdown of the workout and the bottom:)

Love the video! I'm designing a digital planner for myself for 2021 (helping me wish 2020 a good riddance) and this helped me think about layout designs that might work well for me. Ideas for 10 types videos (if you haven't done them already): * month layouts * week layouts (esp. w/ times) * habit trackers * reading logs * 1-year challenges (ex. read 100 books, write 10,000 words, etc.) * goal planning * reflection prompts * mood trackers * weather trackers * period/illness trackers * allergy food diaries * self-care log * pet care schedule/log * medical log
Thank you for this list! It is so great and I've added them to my list! I have some of them up on my channel but that pet care schedule is something that MUST get added to my own bullet journal for 2021!
LISS stands for low intensity steady state! So slow and steady cardio rather than doing a high pace cardio movement you would do something more along the lines of walking on the treadmill on full incline at a 3.5 mph for 30 minutes or more LISS is the opposite of HITT high intensity interval training
