I'm definitely gonna make one of these! I was 190lbs when i started loosing weight, right now I'm 146lbs! my goal is 120lbs and i feel like I'm getting there! this will definitely help :)
I lost 80 in a year, a few years ago. Just listen to what your body craves so you don't binge. and walking is key. Just walk what you can and add to it as you feel you can.

I finally were able to lose my belly and 21 pounds of fat too. I followed an eating plan which brings rapid results. The diet is extremely effective and Some starve yourself throughout the weight reduction process. The diet plan is on this internet site here *TOP2DIET . COM*

I love the inches lost page. I'm making one in my fitness log binder today. A subscriber recommend to me to do this weekly because I would see inches gone before weight. I am going to put it in a page protector so it can be wiped off and redone weekly. Thanks for the idea!
You can do wall push ups. Stand with feet apart and body a foot or two away from wall. Hands out in front on wall.. Use arms to go toward wall and push away. You can do this n a table too

I really want to make the weight loss tracker as well. I have an issue though with my weight fluctuating every day. I weigh myself at the same time every morning and my weight goes up or down by about 2lbs so Im not sure if I can mark it off accurately.
I weigh myself every day, as well, but I only track once a week. Sunday mornings are when I do my "official" weigh-in. So even though my weight fluctuates HUGELY over the course of the days/week, I find that Sunday morning is usually when I will see the overall change. :) I like doing it this way, as then during the week, I can see if I'm going in the right direction or not, and if I'm noticing an issue late in the week, I can try to manage it by eating lower calories for a couple of days or drinking more water, or whatever I need to do. It usually works out perfectly so that on Sundays I have gone down. Good luck!
yes. weight fluctuates a lot every day according to salt and water levels in your body. I woke up one morning 5 pounds heavier than the day before because i was so bloated from eating a really salty meal at dinner, but by the next morning, i was back down 5 pounds lol
I think that's different for everyone. I know how my weight works, and I am pretty savvy to how it goes up and down. I don't mark the pound as lost until I'm confident it's really gone. Usually that means it's been stable for around three days. If it goes up again, I don't go backwards or anything. I just stay stuck on the board until it comes back down again. As far as rewards go, it's the same thing. I don't get rewards twice. And since I generally take a week or two to "claim" the reward, I will usually be pretty confident that the weight is gone before I indulge. Again, it's all about what works for you. Set your own rules for how it all works. ♥️

SOOOOOO.. totally random but I saw you were talking about a tummy tuck when your weightlost got to the right place and thought you might have another option. One of your prizes could be something called a fascia Blaster by Ashley Black Guru. I found her on youtube and I personally own the Fascial Blaster mini2 and the face blaster, but it really helps with exra skin and shaping the body... I am not affiliated with her at all, just a product I have fallen in love with and had great results with. She also has an all female facebook group where you can see stories from other women. I hope this gives you another option to getting you to where you want to be!
Your goal is totally do-able!!! You can do it! I love all your 30 days plans! Honestly just start one, if you can only do 25 squats to the 30 day squats and just cut them in half so the next time you do it you can do the full one! I love our spreads very inspiring. I just started a new bujo and am totally stalking your videos :-)
