    Please have grace with yourself ! You are going through such a humongous loss and dealing with grief. It is only human that fitness and health wasn't your top priority. Be gentle with yourself 💚

    You could use the index pages for like health and fitness drawings and stickers for like decorative pages for fun that's a cool idea

    Grief is tough and I respect that you talked about that great loss on your channel ❤️ I’m glad I clicked on this video. I’m also starting to include weight loss pages in my normal and this was very inspiring!

    (((I am so very sorry about the passing of your father))) My fitness journal is very data oriented and I have been seeking something that incorporates a fun look - this is perfect!

    I also started a Health & fitness journal and that helps me a lot and I love writing in my journal I make sure I write in it avey day and I get it done 🥗💪💧 📓🖋✔ and this video was really helpful and I wont to say thank you ❤💜💖💗💞 💕

      Thank you! I used half of it and then I got too busy to continue using it😭 I really enjoyed it for the time being though! I think next time I need to fill out all of the daily spreads in advance so that I can keep using it without it taking up any extra time

    Thanks for the help. Ive also been tracking my progress in my own personal fitness journey as well. I’ve been working out for a month so far ! 🏋🏻‍♂️💪🏻😁Up until today I’ve only been doing free weights and calisthenics , but today I scored a weight bench for $25 when I started I weighed myself, and I weighed 159 and did again the other day and I’m already up to 171.
    I’m making progress ,
    I’m eating alot of protein around like 80-120 grams per day and I’m eating healthier I take Ghost and whey protein BCAA’s 👻 after I workout

      Thank you I’m glad you like it! I found a doodle online of a woman’s figure that I liked and then I drew it by hand and gave her hair that’s more similar to mine!
