Great tips! I have a separate Hobonichi to track my running progress. I have a year-long goal to run my first marathon. I have my race dates for the smaller races leading up to the marathon (5K, 10K, etc) and the training cycles for each race mapped out on annual pages. I track any workout milestones on my monthly pages (personal best time, etc). On the weekly pages I track my specific workouts, reps, and water intake. I use the notes pages in the back for a daily food log and quick journal if needed. Love the "why" page! Thanks again. -Yvonne
I have a symptom tracker. And I also track my vitamins and supplements (I notoriously forget to take my multivitamin). I try to note when I start certain supplements to see if helps whatever I’m taking it for. Love these pages!
I really like the exercise goal page. My journal is more stats oriented which doesn't help me stay committed to my exercises. Thank you for your ideas.
- playlist of songs that get you to move your body every single time (danceparty) - list of health/fitness related curses, events etc. you'd like to take part in - a packing / prep list for the gym, pool or whereever you want to work out - a list of places you really, really want to see in person, but require a long walk / a hike / walking up hundreds of steps to get there - contact list of people you motivate to work out and motivate you in return - a list of rewards you can choose from if you reached a certain milestone - a list of fantasy 'curse' words to shout out aloud at any anger work-outs (work-outs when you're mad at someone or something) The curse words must be utterly ridiculous! - a list of things that remind you that work-outs can and should be fun
@@selfishknitter Thank you. I'm usually quite good at packing stuff with just a list in my head, but it never hurts to have one in written form to double check.
I love these ideas, especially the reference lists! I’ve had so many pre-printed fitness journals that weren’t very motivating. I prefer to use an app to track meals, so I love the ideas that I could put on paper to complement the tools I’m already using.
I've chosen to do a health and fitness theme this coming month. I already do lots of classes at the gym but since last month, I've been focusing on my diet too. Loving your ideas - so much inspiration. Thanks for sharing all of your spreads. I've made notes on the ones I want to try first.
Thanks for the great ideas...I just ordered my Food Planner Pro and wanted some ideas to customize it and this really helped!! Hopefully I can make some significant progress this time around🙂
