- Found this low mile Beautiful 2009 CBR for $1700 so excited stay tuned for a lot of racing content I plan on taking this bike to Mexico for some fun runs and the drag strip.!

@@p4president718 Most likely pretty cheap, the more stuff you own the cheaper it is to insure things, My friend 26 has a house, life insurance and 3 bikes and hes about to buy an H2 and its 62 yearly for the H2

@@p4president718 I live in Canada, a 600cc bike is around $13,000 new. I haven't done a course yet as I just turned 16 and don't want to get my M1 and then have to do the course in the snowy winter. I ride dirtbikes so I'm confident in starting on a 600cc bike, if you have no experience there is noting wrong with starting on 400cc bikes. Insurance is cheaper for smaller/slower bikes so stay under 650cc for your first bike. Kawasaki has cheap bikes with the best performance. You model of bike is also cheaper on insurance, a Naked Bike is cheaper than a sport bike but has=performance. That's about all I can tell you(sorry its not related to the course and you may already know most of it)

I found that if you slightly roll forward with the clutch engaged to find neutral you’ll find it a little easier than just sitting still
Ya as soon as I rolled the bike back and forth it went into neutral. I just need to tighten the shifter bolt it's crazy loose. Thanks for the info stay safe out there

I have a 21 ZX6R and every now and then if I'm in neutral and shift down to first you can hear it shift but the gear doesn't display on the gear indicator and if you just let out the clutch you can hear it doesn't sound good and will clunk into gear but if I just rock the bike back and forth slightly it'll go into gear and then I can let out the clutch just fine.
@@technine9662 has your bike ever been dropped? If so I would look at the shifter/linkage. If it has not been dropped it could be that the bike just needs to be broken in and as you continue to ride the bike and change the oil the shifts will only get better. I've always heard brand new bikes are more prone to act up a little during the break in time I really wouldn't worry about it as it could just be that the bike needs to be broken in keep riding her and make sure you stay up on those oil changes.
@@2wheelfamily493 thanks for the input but no it's never been dropped while I've had it at least and it only had 5 miles on it when I bought it so I don't think it it's ever been dropped but I have 7800 miles on it and done three oil changes but it's really minor and not something I'm real concerned about. Not going to let something that small change my view of an otherwise amazing bike lol
But it does seem to be happening less the more miles I put on it so you're probably right
She is a pretty bike for sure and enjoy that beautiful beast and be safe out there.

Super deal!!! I got a 2004 SV650S with 4556 miles for $1500 it she’s been amazing. But that’s a very beautiful bike and I cant wait to see the new design for it

Your Lady friend is amazingly supportive" it took me 32 years of marriage but I finally got my wife to ride on the back of my VTX 1800 Last Sunday. I asked her what made her change her mind after not doing it for 32 years she says" our son and daughter are finally grown with their own family, so it's time for us to start back up having fun. I took her ridden up on top of Missionary Ridge in Chattanooga Tennessee. You can see The view of the entire city of Chattanooga from up there. I'm already planning a trip to Gatlinburg Tennessee for us to go on very soon. Great looking bike brother hope you get miles and miles of enjoyment out of it.

I'm lookin got get a 07-08 CBR600RR to be my second bike since I'm getting over the Ninja 400's lack of straight line performance. I sat on a friend's 08 CBR and I found it more comfortable than the ZX6Rs and R6s I sat on. That's a great deal for a CBR by the way!
you will be very happy with the 07-08 Cbr I’m actually getting my wife a 07-08 Cbr600rr so she matches my 09 only reason I’m specific looking for 07-08 is that was the lightest year ever produced for a 600cc bike. my wife is short and weighs under 120lbs so the lighter and lower the 600 the better for her.
I have only bought 1 street bike in my life back in November 2016. It’s a 2008 cbr 600rr pearl orange/ black. I love it and it has never let me down!

the sound is very exciting, addictive. I deeply believe that vibrational phenomena come into play when we ride, from the engine that releases dopamine in our body. I have seen how you change gears under the brakes with a little gas before lowering the gear and releasing the clutch. very exciting through traffic lights. good that you mentioned the clunch. it is so hard, really very hard, on my z750 2004, is it a problem?
*a few months ago I asked if I could go from 110cc to 600cc. Finally I went for the zed and still not enough :))
that's awesome that you upgraded to a bigger bike your clutch cable could need to be lubed. If you have clutch reservoir it could be that you need to bleed the clutch.
@@2wheelfamily493 i developed a new strategy:)) that for the next 3 months (since we talked together and you suggested something lower like 250-300cc) to try every listing in my city, claiming that I would buy more than 15 motorcycles of different cylinders.(i was obsessed with your riding style,)i tried some ninja 300, ktm390, hondacbr400, cbr600, ninja 600, kawasaki sv1000, bmw 1200, and finally the zed. I felt in love immediately. its been 1 week i cant wait to wake up every morning :))) thanks for your suggestions for the clutch too, tomorrow i'm going to change the oil in the shock absorbers and the brakes, and i'll see this problem too if it might need some adjustments of this nature, I will ask them to do a full inspection. thank you very much again and keep it up

Thanks for following the channel the best thing you can do is check for leaks, make sure the motor doesn't make any weird sounds like knocking or tapping noises. ride the bike go through all the gears to make sure the transmission is working properly. Good luck getting your first bike

hey this comment is a little late to this video. but i am looking for 08 cbr 600rr's and ive never owned a bike. rode one anything. ive watched videos on what to look out for, but is there anything specific i should look for in the 08 cbr, or any other tips you have for someone looking at bikes that is a newbie. thanks bro
the cbr is one of the most reliable bikes they sell not really much to worry about there just make sure the bike isn't knocking or smoking when it runs. good beginner bikes that are safer then 600cc bike is Yamaha R3, Yamaha R7, Ninja 400

Great bike man and that’s a hella deal! I have that exact bike myself!! Same year and size! Paid $4,000 tho for it but still a good deal I guess mainly because I got it from a family member and it’s always been garage kept and has a bunch of after market parts.. cammed, ecu tuned, exhaust, timing advanced, heads been ported, etc lol. Plus was well took care of and always maintained/garage kept. Still rides better than new tho. Can’t beat a Honda! Enjoy your bike man!
