      White sauce is really good and I'm not a big fan of mayo. I'm convinced you can add pickle juice to about anything and have a hit.

    Short videos. To the point. Informant. Makes me giggle. Awesome food. Man. Why you don’t have a million subs is beyond me. Keep them coming. Let’s us no how the wings turn out. And definitely looking forward to the comp crispy skin you speak of. My family loves chicken. I love cooking. But chicken is my nemesis. Never turns out right. Smoking then frying works. But planning a last minute dinner around that is a pain.

    • @MojoBarbeque
      @MojoBarbeque  Год назад +1

      I try my best to keep them short. It gets tough and I have to talk fast for a country boy. Have to edit out me gasping for air most the time. Chicken skin is rough. The comp version doesn't give you crispy skin, it just gives you bite through skin. Now a torch on the other hand.......

      You can let it sit uncovered in the fridge overnight. You can hit it with a little cornstarch. Smoke and then fry is a good method. Cook it in butter is how we do it in comp. And just high heat. Maybe that would be a good idea for a video.
