He ain't lying about that seasoning. I ordered recently: 1 Mesquite spatula (Which works phenomenally), 1 bottle Original Red River Ranch Seasoning, 1 Bottle Mesquite Red River Ranch Seasoning, Red River Ranch Dip, and The Green Chile Chipotle Relish. For roughly $50 you got yourself quite the ingredients for some good cooking. I made steaks in a iron skillet with butter and garlic. Marinated the meats with lime juice and used both seasonings. Made my very own pasta with original seasoning. Tuna melts with mesquite seasoning. Today's cold tuna lunch with mesquite seasoning. I love the seasoning, I now swear by em! 5/5 stars for me. Thank you Kent and Shannon for quick delivery and well packaged items. Ships better than Amazon it does ;).
Thanks so much and so glad your enjoying
@@CowboyKentRollins And thank you for breathing new life into one my passions. I love cooking a good meal for everybody. I will re-visit your store very soon, as I wanna spread he joy and excellent taste of your products to my family and loved ones across the great U.S. of A!
Great bolo tie and a fantastic feature in Cowboys and Indians a few months ago...thanks for the posts..
Glad you enjoyed it, good folks they are
Kent my good friend & Christian brother, great recipe & looks delicious. Here in my area of southern Kentucky, we've had 2 or 3 mom & pop places open up places serving hot Nashville chicken( we call chicken yard birds) it is great, you can get mild, medium, hot, or scorching. God bless you & Shannon, our vets, viewers, & the pups. Everyone please stay safe, Amen.
You have become my absolute favorite youtuber of all time!! Love you attitude and recipes. The world needs more genuine men like you, you remind me a lot of my dad. They don't make them like they use to.
I need some of those to keep me warm today and tomorrow. Have a good one guys and don't freeze to death tonight.
Cooled off it did, hope your well my friend

Thank you so much!!
Kent, I agree that the Pit Barrel Smoker is, by far, the best outdoor cooker I have ever used.
I made Kent's version of Beef Bourguignon and it was beyond delicious. Sorry to Julia Child, but I made hers in the past and Kent's is better.
👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼Best cooking show on the RUclips ! Shannnon thanks for filming !
Thanks for watching!
Shed a tear for the Beag. What a great dog.
Fantastic! Brings me back to when I worked in a kitchen years ago. I was brining several dozens of chickens during my shift while also making the sauces and rubs etc. The best part was always making the brine and fresh herbs 🌿 and adding my special sweet touch to the dry herbs and spices and seasoning then rubbing it all in-between the skin and the meat on the bone. Them thangs were flying out the market.. Thanks for the nostalgia and the memories you brought back Ya sure did! 👍
Thank you for watching
Just got back from Clarksville and Nashville area. Love that Nashville Hot chicken

Mr. Kent I have got to try this. That was some fantastic lookin chicken and I love the heat. Thank you for always remembering our first responders and military, we've got the best. I can't believe the disrespect they're getting right now. God bless you and Shannon.
Thanks for watching and God bless you
From Kent to Kent. You made me forget my trubbles, and helped with my cooken once more. Us Navy vets will tell a few folk we love-em. We really love everyone. How do I get outa this? Thanx Kent.
Thanks for watching and for your service
I like that apparatus you used to move the hot coals. Thank you for being a inspiration.
You are so welcome!
When my beagle rolls around like that it means one thing : She's found something really stinky !
Truth! LOL
Are Beagles friendly in general?
@@horseplop9 Like any dog , if it is treated properly , you will have a friend for life . The only danger from mine is she may lick the skin off of you . Keep in mind , beagles are hounds . Hounds howl . Your neighbors might have a problem with that . Having said that I will always have a beagle !
I grew up with my daddy cooking on a Hasty Bake. He grew up in Tulsa. That's proper southern cookware right there! I haven't tried a kettle cooker but I'm in my third offset smoker for slow, low and smokey. You can't beat a Hasty Bake for the rest though
Forever wishing Kent Rollins was my grandfather. Could you imagine growing up eating his food 🤤🤤🤤
Thank you Kent. I very recently turned forty and have been feeling old. You Sinatra reference was so .... Ahem... "vintage" it reminded me im not to far over that hill. Always in my prayer brother.
Hello from Texas brother, Awesome recipe and great video, and now I need to eat something because it made me hungry. Y'all have a great day and stay safe.

Kent! Thanks for the time and effort you put in your food! Thanks for the recipe! Yall stay safe!
I used to work at a ranch many years ago this just brings back great memories thanks for all you do sir
A comment from a fan from the Great White North. I've watched many of your recipes, and recently got your Taste of Cowboy book and your Red River Ranch Original and Mesquite spice blends as gifts for Christmas. Awesome!!!
I made this recipe on my Broil King Bbq in-16C cold and dark tonie. Getting the lil smoker box to smoke, took some doing- Im.new to the smoking part, and maple is not the most flavourful. I also.did not have the Crystal Hot Sauce, so I subb'd Franks instead. It had my taste buds a dancing.
The end result , the chicken was awesome! I love your show, your cooking, Your outlook on life and your respect for the troops and first responders. Keep it up Kent!
Squatch from Orleans, Ontario, Canada!
I brine and smoke A LOT of whole chickens and the best vessel I've found for brining chickens is a gallon ziploc bac. From my experience 1 quart of brine is plenty to brine a whole chicken. Just put that bird in the bag, pour in your brine(I use 1/4 cup kosher or sea salt per quart to start and whatever other spices)and squeeze out all the air and seal the bag. put it in a container that'll hold it, just in case it leaks. But I've never had it happen as long as the zipper seal is on top. This is the way I brine all my meats. Even when I'm making my homemade corned beef, venison, pork and elk(when I can get some). Nothing beats this method as far as efficiency of how much brine is required to keep the meat submerged in the brine.
This definitely made my week Kent!! I always look forward for Wednesdays! God bless you and your family Kent
Who in the hell dislike this video this dude is the bomb love the video. Keep them coming
Here in Oregon all we have to do is leave it outside to get smoked. Great video. Thanks Kent for a bit of relief.
Boy does that look good. I going to cook up some chicken when these 3 snow storms pass thru here by Wed. Shannon does a fantastic job of producing your cooking videos.
Just made these for dinner...holy cow! I've never had chicken that tasted this good. This sauce is spot on perfect! Love that it's sweet but hits the spice on the back end. I think it may replace the BBQ sauce we usually put on ribs. Definitely going to be trying more of your recipes. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and being such a delight to watch.
Nashville is somewhat far from Belgium. So thank you mr Rollins!
Bless you and your family.
Been waiting for this all day

New subscriber from the U.K. but loving the chilled out vibe and great food! Reminds me of the joy of painting series just great vibes and great food as I can't paint darn it! :). Kent we also have the problem here with is it "Worster Sauce" or "Worcerstershire Sauce", damn tasty either way! 👍🏻
Thanks for watching
Good Lord Bless ya Kent!.....thanks for the recipe! *snaps to attention and salutes you*
Thanks for watching and God bless you
Great recipe. Thanks Cowboy Kent! I made my version with thighs and green Tabasco for the hot sauce. It was a big hit with my Sons and the heat was spot on for us. Served it with some yellow squash sauteed then stewed with some tomatoes and a bit of onions. No leftovers!
Love how much you love what you do Brother, good eats all day here!!! 💪🏾🇺🇸
I have never watched one of your videos that didn't leave me smiling.
Thanks Kent, Shannon , the Beagle and the Hound Duke. For another excellent video with a delicious recipe. God bless
Nothing beats yummy spicy chicken, a great way to sample styles across the country without leaving the backyard 👍🏻👍🏻
Simply loving this cowboy all the way from Cape Town South Africa. Ps our traditional food in our province is called Braai(BBQ) so we do appreciate ur cooking.🤗
Hmmm how do you guys do your braai?
@@N.barakos1845 The most common way would be to salt and pepper our meat or chicken, add some bbq spice or chicken braai spice, grill it over the coals until it's done. Some of us add marinade to it just before it's done. Originally it was done with only salt and pepper. Just want to add that our spices are very flavorful and we enjoy putting mix flavors onto our meat. Smoking is not unheard of but no one smokes chicken or meat here
Faeza Bassier Thanks for taking the time to explain. Sounds awesome.
Thanks Kent and Shan! God bless!
Always relaxing listening to how you cook just about everything Kent.Keep up the great videos!👍
As a woman who has lived two thirds of my life in Nashville, I have two things to write.
1. This is in no way how Nashville hot chicken is done.
2. Looking forward to trying this version!
And please, come north to the mid south and try Hattie B’s! You’re welcome here!
People like this needs to open a restaurant
Honestly I love food but without this guy the recipes wouldn’t be as enjoyable he’s like southern hospitality personified
I love your quality control, hes living the good life!!
Thanks for recognizing crystal. We don't use Tabasco that much, but crystal is wonderful
Hey kent. Do an outtakes video compilation. The clips at the end always have us laughing. 😂

Kent you out did yourself on this one. Great video. Keep em coming. God bless you. Have a wonderful day.
Thanks for watching Phillip and God bless you
Happy Wednesday to my cowboy cooking family
Thanks for watching
That looks really good. I do somthing similar on the smoker. Dust it with some corn starch and the fat coming of the leg creates a crust. Smoke still penitrates and you have a crust to really hold on to the sauce.
Whenever I want to cook something I know Kent has a great video to show me what to do!
Love your videos, you inspired me to create my own country cooking channel
Some people call it warshyersister sauce lol.
wershister 😋

A day with Kent, the chuck wagon, cooking in a dutch oven, in the beautiful outdoors. Life is good and we are blessed. And BTW, I noticed the recipe didn't require a knife to prepare. That's one way of solving the "I forget the knife" conundrum :-)
Boy that looks good!! Love your 4 legged safety tasters!!
Loved y'all's video. That chicken looks fantastic. Have a wonderful weekend y'all.
Thank you! You too!
