Lauren Fisher - LA VLOG

Ras and I went to LA for a GIRLS PLAY DAY. The goal was to inspire these girls to fall in love with sport and play for good. Such a fun day!!
Nike LA and Play Equity Fund have invested in 13 of these communities in Watts & Boyle Heights to drive change and help these young women feel empowered & confident. ✨
These girls had the opportunity to play multiple sports from: basketball, soccer, & football. To prioritizing self care through yoga & meditation. Was honored to also speak and share a little more of my story.
