I’m so scared because I’m that rusty but in these next two months I’m grinding to train while also watching your videos!
Coach can you do a split finger release video. Index finger go left and middle finger go right for me. Split finger goes straight but sometimes my hand slides

Hi coach Alex ! I did the vert shock program and my vertical went from 23 inches to 28 inches so i gain 5 inches. Should i do the vert shock program again? Because id like to have a 36 inches vertical, so Can i gain 8 inches the second Time i do the program ?
Would've been better if you bent your knees down while doing the behind the back dribble drill. Makes muscle memory work on your game because no one is using that dribbling on actual games with straight up body protecting the ball. Standard dribbling stance should be followed.
