    I have a error it says transaction cannot be processed as it had already been received by beneficiary it says error 887

    "This transaction was completed in-store and certain functionality is unavailable online." Does this mean the recipient has collected the cash?

    Hello i follow the step but it show error and i later when to the FNB ATM trying it again it show that transfer status not available. I cam back home a track the money again it show that fund has been received by receiver . I now log in to my fnb app and check history it show that the money was received by FNB forex but was not reales in my account what my be the problem

      It sounds like you’ve encountered a technical problem on either MoneyGram of FNB’s side.

    Hey does money gram also put your money on hold just like PayPal if it's a new account or once we've download the app we can start receiving money without having to wait 21days

      Here the following possible reasons as to why your funds are on hold:
      MoneyGram may be waiting for additional information from the sender in order to process the transfer
      If your funds have been placed on hold, it means MoneyGram needs more information from you to deliver money to the recipient. Reasons for this might include: Identity verification

    If someone is sending me money from UK what should I give him like for an example should I give him only my Full name that appears on my ID ?

      The sender will need :
      Your ID number
      Full name that’s displayed on your ID
      If the sender will be sending money to your bank account, the sender will also need your bank name and account number

      This is what we found on the internet: Timing of funds availability in your receiver's account varies depending on destination country and is subject to banking hours and systems availability, good funds availability, approval by MoneyGram's verification systems and local laws and regulations; banking business hours typically exclude weekends/holidays.

      If you’re receiving the funds via the FNB App no there is no need for a MoneyGram account.
