This was more cinematic than a movie. It was basically the equivalent of a 6 minute tracking shot, which is insanely hard to pull off and takes days upon days of planning, practice, and coordination.
As noone mentioned it, with Senua living in the Orkneys and the evil giants of celtic mythology being known as formorians, this looks like an amazing celtic tie-in after the norse focus in the last one. The giant/Formorian looks a lot like the Formorians from the green knight movie as well

The art direction is fascinating, it feels dark and maddening. In parts it reminded me a bit of Apocalypse Now and The Void, it's really cool, great work from Ninja Theory.
Heavenly Sword is still my favorite Ninja Theory game and 1 of my favorite games ever Hellblade 2 is giving me HS strong vibes with how Cinematic it is and Best Graphics I’ve seen in a game ever Red Dead 2 your Rain is over :(
Near the end, the giant says, "Help Me, Senua" and you hear the voice go from large and giant sounding to more normal human sounding. So based on the first game you think this is actually a hallucination ?

The graphics are great. The sound was the real star of the trailer👏. Not sure on the gameplay though since it was during the running and spear throwing. Will be waiting on another gameplay vid. The bluring of the line is done well though. 👌
