great tool review........only a couple of roofs of that type in my area..........but the one i saw has moss like that
Dave The Window Licker I’ve got 12 different shapes with the tool to fit a whole range of common roof tiles. It’s a common problem around here, especially at this time of year.😃👍🏼

BTW you might find it easier and safer to use a smaller extension ladder - so the top of the stile is not in the way, coupled with microlight standoff which will sits securely on the roof (not gutter) and reduces risk of ladder slipping left right or back.

Can this whole job be done from the ground using poles rather than ladders
Yes, in theory. But the longer you have the pole extended, the more difficult it can be to work with. It would actually be ideal to get a scaffold tower so that you have a more secure platform to work from and you can use a shorter pole.😃👍🏼
I ordered the Marshall Pro roof scraper a month ago, never received the goods, doesn’t reply to any messages! The tool maybe good but Pete Marshall cannot be relied on to send you the tool, people should know this
Window and Gutter Cleaners That’s a shame. I know that Spina Clean sell one very similar. That call it the Skyscraper. But I suppose that doesn’t really help you.😬👍🏼

What do you use for applying chemical to roof as looks like jet wash but with no power
I use a pump system and spray nozzle to apply the chemical.👍🏼
@@aemackintosh thank you I was going to mix up in 25l drum then I have spear pump was going use that and spray jets in brush just for moss killer on roofs would it work like that

Paul Chisman Hi, it’s the Lance I use for rinsing that came with my pressure washer. It has a wide, soft jet. I use it with the pressure turned right down on the machine. There are better ways of doing it, but this works fine.😃👍🏼
is the scrapper metal of rigid plastic?
ric It comes with loads of metal blades for different tile profiles but also a plastic blade for mor delicate tiles like slate.😃👍🏼
Do you use a different pole to add the chemicals or do you just attach the water pipe to the pole??.
Yeah, you can use the same pole. There is a good spray nozzle you can get from DA Components, or you could even use an old wfp brush with fan jets, works well.😃👍🏼
2 questions mate great video. Are you able to use the same water hose running through your pole for the chemical? And second question how do you function your pressure washer? As in do you use customers water and what what setup do you have? Thanks

I mostly use the scraper on an Unger hi-mod pole.😃👍🏼

Yes, Gardiner is a great all rounder and a much loved favourite for wfp window cleaners. There is also a great range of brushes for different purposes.😃👍🏼

Window and Gutter Cleaners Hey, thanks. Once the biocide is sprayed on the surface it is left there to do its thing. No rinsing. It can take a few weeks, even months for the full effects to be seen. More info in the description, or check out the Roof Cleaning playlist on my channel.😃👍🏼
