I just pulled your recipe posted here out of the oven - without bacon - and it looks and smells amazing. I didn’t have any bacon, besides which I’ve gone off pork lately for some reason, but I added some redmonds salt & white pepper, a tsp of minced dehydrated onion, a couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce, and a couple of tablespoons of chopped pickle to the ground beef, all of which isn’t strictly carnivore but oh well. I cannot wait to dig in.
