    Thanks for the recipe! Chris from Cooking Nashville sent me. I’m going to do his recipe tomorrow but yours is next! I never thought of putting eggs in the hamburger recipe. Btw, I am happy you are doing LMNT. I also like Redmond relyte hydration…mango is my fav. I never heard of anyone having keto flue as bad as you did. I start out my day with electrolytes every day!

    I think I will make a version of this today for dinner. Probably leave out the onions from the inside and instead slice them thinly, coat in bamboo flour, and fry for a crispy topping. And serve with a small side of dill pickle relish for acid.

    • @AliceCeeCPA
      @AliceCeeCPA  Год назад +1

      Nice!! Hope you enjoy! I’ve never heard of bamboo flour before, is it similar to almond/coconut flour?

    • @missinglink_eth
      @missinglink_eth Год назад +1

      @@AliceCeeCPA it’s very fine and almost flavor-less. Zero *net* carbs I believe. I learned about it over at Victoria’s Keto Kitchen. She’s pretty awesome at doing a lot of testing (and incorporating user feedback) to formulate things like her standard keto flour. Highly recommend checking out her channel.

      @@AliceCeeCPA you will find it in her most recent "standard keto flour" videos. There has been 3 or 4 of them in the past few months, always improving the recipe. Good luck!

    I have that exact espresso machine behind you. Been making about 5 double shots a day for the past three years and am consistently surprised at the fantastic results. Great machine to get into espresso under $1000 (way under actually). Also, the casserole looks delicious 😊❤

    • @AliceCeeCPA
      @AliceCeeCPA  Год назад

      Yes! We've had ours for 3 years and it's honestly paid itself over multiple times already. So good for what you get. What brand beans do you use? Thank you for watching!

      @@AliceCeeCPA I have had a Trade Coffee subscription for years as well, longer than this espresso maker. Having coffee freshly roasted a day before it is shipped is the biggest key to good espresso, imo. I get whole bean so I can grind per pull. And I prefer light roast, which Trade makes it easy to get via their survey, because you can really taste all the flavors in a light roast as opposed to various degrees of burn flavor as you go darker. But to each their own :D
