    D-Day
80th anniversary of the landing of Allied troops in Normandy.
June 6, 1944, eighty years ago, the beginning of the end of Adolf Hitler's Nazi Third Reich took place on the beaches of Normandy.
A democratic and united West, soldiers from the USA, UK, Canada, Poland, France, Australia paying the highest tribute of their lives in Operation Overlord. We remember our heroes. It was a beautiful, historic victory that ultimately led to the unconditional defeat of the murderous regimes of fascist Italy, Nazi Germany and the Japanese empire.
Democracy works in accordance with the law, so it works carefully and slowly. But when all its gears are switched to a war system in defense of our values, the Western world of democracy becomes an undefeated power.
From February 24, 2022, we have a repeat of the Second World War in Europe. The Russian regime, on orders from dictator Putin, attacked Ukraine, a smaller and weaker neighbor, only because the Ukrainian people decided they wanted to be part of the democratic West.
Ukraine, with the help of the USA, EU, UK, NATO, G7, Remstain Group, is heroically fighting against Russia's brutal aggression. The Ukrainians eliminated over 0.5 million Russian soldiers, destroyed tens of thousands of military equipment and 30% of the Black Sea Fleet without having their own Navy.
Why the USA, the USSR and the UK defeated the Third Reich, Mussolini's regime and the Empire of Japan. Because US President Franklin D. Roosevelt and UK Prime Minister Winston Churchill made such a decision.
"We will destroy the regimes, we will defeat them until they surrender unconditionally."
The entire human, economic, military and financial potential of the USA, the UK and the USSR was committed to achieving this ambitious goal.
This time, after 80 years, Putin's Russia is the aggressor that attacked democratic Ukraine.
And this time the Roosevelt and Churchill tactics should be used, i.e. a political decision must be made in the USA, EU, UK, NATO, G7, Remstain Group:
"Ukraine must win the war with Russia, and we will do everything to make that happen."
    Eternal glory to the heroes.

Why didn't the USSR turn the tide in 1941? There's no point in reminiscing about the USSR because of the horrible things that followed from all of eastern Europe falling under its domination and the countries that it occupied for many decades until it finally fell. Stalin was every bit as bad and power hungry as Hitler. Now you've got another similar dictator in power in Russia too.

The Invasion of Poland, also known as the September Campaign, Polish Campaign, War of Poland of 1939, and Polish Defensive War of 1939 (1 September - 6 October 1939), was a joint attack on the Republic of Poland by Nazi Germany, the Slovak Republic, and the Soviet Union; which marked the beginning of World War II.
People are not taught about this in the west it's the reason the Holocaust started because after ww1 people from the soviet union created in 1922 fled into western Europe in a declining Germany that lost its empire after ww1 and turned into the welhelm Republic it's a bit like what you see with Ukraine today them problems today exist because if the soviet union collapsing in 1991 and the European Union being created in 1992.

      (AI-generated article)
Muslims in ww2 fought for BOTH axis and allies:
During World War II, Muslims played a significant role on both the Axis and Allied sides. Here’s a breakdown of the involvement of Muslims in the war:
      Axis Powers:
Germany: The Nazis attempted to form alliances with Muslim-majority countries and promote anti-British and anti-Jewish sentiment among Muslims. They also recruited Muslim soldiers from the Balkans and the Soviet Union.
Japan: Japan had a significant presence in Southeast Asia, particularly in Malaya and Singapore, where they fought against British and Commonwealth forces. Some Muslim leaders, like the Mufti of Jerusalem, collaborated with the Nazis and Japanese.
      Allied Powers:
United Kingdom: The British Indian Army, which included many Muslims, played a significant role in the war. Over 2.5 million Muslims served in the British Indian Army, with approximately 1 million fighting in North Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.
United States: The US military also had Muslim soldiers, including those from the Middle East and North Africa. The US Army’s 442nd Infantry Regiment, which was composed mostly of Japanese Americans, included some Muslim soldiers.
Soviet Union: The Soviet Union had a significant Muslim population, particularly in Central Asia. Muslim soldiers from the Soviet Union fought against the German army on the Eastern Front.
      Notable Muslim Figures:
Mufti of Jerusalem: The Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Amin al-Husseini, collaborated with the Nazis and advocated for the persecution of Jews. He was a key figure in the Arab nationalist movement and played a significant role in the Arab Revolt against British rule in Palestine.
Abd al-Karim: A leader of the Rif War in Morocco, Abd al-Karim fought against French colonial rule and later collaborated with the Nazis.
Hasan al-Banna: The founder of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, Hasan al-Banna, was a key figure in the Arab nationalist movement and supported the Axis powers.
      Key Conflicts:
North Africa: The North African campaign saw battles between British and Commonwealth forces, including Muslim soldiers, against German and Italian forces.
Middle East: The Middle East was a key battleground, with conflicts in Palestine, Iraq, and Iran.
Southeast Asia: The Pacific War saw battles between Japanese forces and British and Commonwealth forces, including Muslim soldiers, in Malaya and Singapore.
      Conclusion:
The involvement of Muslims in World War II was complex and multifaceted. While some Muslims collaborated with the Axis powers, many others fought on the Allied side, including in the British Indian Army and the Soviet Union. The war had a significant impact on the Muslim world, shaping the course of modern Middle Eastern and South Asian history.
