I’ve been using those hair ties for over a year, they are so great. They don’t break your hair and my hair never gets caught up in them. I also got them for my daughter. The makeup erasers are the best.
I've started using castor oil on top of my retinol serum at night. Yes, it makes a huge difference. You'd think it's too thick and it will clog your pores but it won't. Use a little, just enough to create a thin film on your face and neck without tugging. Rub it on your eyelids, brows and lashes too. It absorbs really well. You wake up to baby smooth skin.
Good to know cuz my castor oil looked way thicker than Shea's. Plus, I've been told it's really helpful to increase eyelash thickness, so I am hoping it doesn't also grow hair when put all over my face.

I prefer the box white sheets which are fantastic! I use CTilbury cream to wash my face the wet cloths...such a smooth process when done throw away!
@@lindajohnson4676I thought it was giving me stronger and healthier lashes, but not necessarily fuller or longer. But the other day I put on mascara (I wear makeup maybe once a month) and I noticed my eyelashes have grown a lot! I had to remove it from my bottom lashes because it looked weird. Don't worry, you won't grow a beard.
Just a quick comment on the xylitol mints-they might be great for your teeth, but they are absolutely 100% toxic for dogs. Just something to keep in mind if you have dogs in the house.

Love your vids! However, I have an issue with the claims that the castor oil wrap helps the liver detox. As someone with liver problems, I would love for it to work! However, I could find no research that supports this. My ask? That you add a disclaimer, and then speak from your own experiences, which are powerful! Your vids about your teeth troubles resonated deeply as I have some of the same issues. Thank you!
I love my pull chain lamp. I can just reach out and pull it without looking when I'm sleepy. Such a simple thing, but you're right. It makes a difference.

FYI be careful on your house with the Xylitol mints, a small amount will kill your dog if they accidentally ingest.

Yesterday I found the dog chewing on small container in the house. It was garlic smelling to do with fishing. I guess she found it in the garage where it had fallen on the floor. Anything in the onion family is bad for dogs. She is ok but I would be hesitant to have xylitol in my house even though I know the gum is helpful.
I have also found that gum with xylitol upsets my stomach

I got the Beckham pillows about a year ago & didn’t like them at all. They hardly had anything in them. My head was almost just flat on the bed. I started having neck issues with them so had to give them up. But I LOVE the bamboo sheets. They are all I use now. I’m intrigued by some new things in today’s video. Thanks Shea!!

@@brigidkolenc1222 all the older reviews talk about how nice they were. I do think they changed them & maybe the influencers haven’t purchased them lately & don’t realize they’ve changed them. I am not joking when I say there was literally almost nothing in my pillows. Zero support whatsoever.
There's instructions to fluff them up and let them "air out" before use. Something tells me a lot of people don't really do that tho

I purchased the Bamboo Sheets and Beckham Pillows last year. The pillows lost their shape in no time, and the sheets made us very hot. Also, after only a few washes, the stitching unraveled in one pillow case and one of the sheets. BUMMER!
The bamboo sheets make us sweat too! So weird 🫠
And my husband hates the Beckham pillows…but he’s a pillow snob so.
I bought a blue glass roller bottle that is purse size and filled it with caster oil. I use that under my eyes and in the areas of lip lines, crows feet and smile lines before bed. It is amazing the difference, especially of my under eye area by morning! (66 years young)
When brushing HAIR, start at the bottom and work your way up to your scalp. You can even hold your hand around it, like a ponytail and gentle brush starting again at the bottom and work your way up to your scalp. Less damage and hair loss. But the WET brush or flimsy bristle brushes work best.

I have that EXACT rebounder- I'm a huge fan for many reasons- one main one you mentioned;lymphatic drainage. There are tons of videos dedicated to this that show a myriad of benefits! I've had two and this one (I do have the handle as I didn't on the last one and twisted my ankle- uh oh! Must be careful!!!) is my fave. I prefer the bungee as it's quieter.
Nippies are the best! Had one pair for years before I had to repurchase. They are comfortable and do not budge.

Some of your recommendations are exactly like hers!! You’re just supposed to put the Celtic salt on your tongue to absorb- THEN- drink water to absorb it into your cells. Also the rebounding…… she expresses this!! She’s amazing!
One more thing- on the chain lamp.....I have a touch control one where you only have to touch the base- and it has charging ports- best thing ever! Has multiple brightness options also.

I just got a rebounder, it arrived yesterday. I bought an expensive one, I wondered if I should’ve started a little cheaper so I’ll probably regret that 😂 but… yes with lymphatic drainage, but look up the “health bounce” and what it can do for pelvic floor strength because as we get older it all goes south and leakage happens. So besides exercise, that’s why I got a rebounder, and I’m looking forward to using it. My grandma had one years ago and I remember loving jumping around on it, it was really fun.
So many great gift ideas for people in this video! I also bought one of the castor oils you spoke about and I put it on my face most nights before bed and I LOVE it! It's really helped with acne scaring and just making my face look even and hydrated. Thanks Shea!

I bought the Hush pillow and it’s literally the best pillow I’ve ever had. Can you get a code for it again or feature it sometime in a video. I guess I’ll have to go online to get another one. The fact that it stays so cold even in 80 degree weather is unbelievable. I highly recommend it and the way you can customize it to your liking.

Xylitol is known to be very good for the teeth but can also cause some digestive issues. Some people are very sensitive to sugar alcohols (like xylitol). If you use it on a regular bases and find yourself with digestive problems, maybe discontinue for awhile to see if it helps. You can switch to toothpastes or rinses that contain xylitol to get the benefits without ingestion 😊

Hey Shea, I'm one of those who are crazy about your castor oil videos. Even though i used it before i saw them I learned a lot from you. So let me return the favor - what i used castor oil initially was for my eyes, yep you read that right. My eyes get very dry and itchy from the computer, allergies, air pollution, flying on an airplane, etc. so i just bought a small roller bottle and filled it with castor oil and i apply it under the eyes and on top of my eyelids (like eye shadow) and it works miracles! Not only my eyes are not itchy, but also the skin got better, i saw reduction in wrinkles (and i had a lot because of myopia) but get that - my eyelashes got thicker and longer! So yeah I'm sure the retinol eye stick is great, but give the castor oil a try on your eyes :)

You guys make videos and make tons of money and people who watch go broke buying things that you just advertised. I am not watching these videos anymore because I feel the urge that I need these things but I don’t actually
They are filthy rich from RUclips, so they can afford whatever they want. Plus, they get tons of things sent to them for free. I'm no longer going to watch either. Mainly because influencers pushing products just seem disingenuous to me. Also, they include links to products that sometimes I am interested in. However, I noticed if I search the item - 9/10 times I find the exact same thing from another Amazon seller for less money. Do they link to the more expensive items on purpose, since they get a cut? I can't say but with the state of the economy I'm becoming a less is more, kind of girl.

Word of caution about the rebounder be careful because if the rebounder is not adjusted correctly, meaning it is too tight it can cause injury to the person. I know people who have torn their meniscus using a rebounder.

Love my Bellicon rebounder. I use every morning with light hand weights. So much FUN. Also love xylitol. Sometimes I swish with the crystals instead of oil pulling :).
The rebounder is also great if you have ADHD kids. It was a lifesaver when my youngest was young and the weather didn’t let him go out on the trampoline. In his teens it switched to a body punching bag. They helped him get out his extra energy.

Shea Whitney. Try the remote control for lamps (or anything else) Plug it into your outlet and plug your lamp into that. Each outlet has a number. So if you’re using #3, click #3 on the remote to turn off or on. Game changer! I turn off my living room lamps, click on my bedroom lamp, easy peasy.
