Thank you, Anna. I recognise myself in this audio. I remember when I have done a forgiveness meditation with my dad with theta energy, I cried so much. My father was like your mom , beautiful on the outside, devilish inside, same character🤣 But in his case, he got this from his dad who was even worse. I have done a meditation with grandpa also, and the first instinct was to run away. 🤣He looked very scary. But I came to the realisation that these people are very sad inside and the fear is only for surface, to protect themselves from being hurt. That's how I am able slowly, to forgive my dad, also my mom, because she was another type of narcissist, but a more covert one. And yes, is so hard to come to the realisation that I never deserved to be treated like that. Is difficult though, because the brain is so used to being abused. All my life, especially through my romantic relationships , I have thought that something was wrong with me. But I know now that this is my parents life and limited perspective, not mine.
