What are the part numbers for the inner and outer bearings? and the part number of the regulator, thanks

Using a Carpenters Steel Claw Hammer to Disassemble the Alternator and then to Set Bearings into an Aluminium Housing.
If I done that as an Apprentice I would have been kicked out of the Trade.
