I like this guy's food challenges, there not over dramatic, there realistic, and have a human element that others dont like man vs food. Plus he treats the cultures and restaurants the challenges come from with respect. 10/10 would sub again

In all seriousness, 2 lbs of noodles and 2 lbs of meat is not that much food!!! The trick is to eat the noodle first so it doesn’t soak up the broth and make it heavier. If you can knock out the noodle first, than it easy to finish the meat. Note- Broth is optional to finish.
It depends on a person. In general that large portion would most likely land you in the bathroom with stomach pain, head pain, constipation, profuse sweating, and nausea also in some cases death.

In all seriousness, 2 lbs of noodles and 2 lbs of meat is not that much food!!! The trick is to eat the noodle first so it doesn’t soak up the broth and make it heavier. If you can knock out the noodle first, than it easy to finish the meat. Note- Broth is optional to finish.

It depends on a person. In general that large portion would most likely land you in the bathroom with stomach pain, head pain, constipation, profuse sweating, and nausea also in some cases death.

Leah Williams Are you kidding? I'm vegan and i eat pho chay (vegetarian) cuz i missed the taste of pho from when i was an omnivore. But pho chay tastes just as good, if not better. I still indulge as a vegan. I eat pizza, burritos, pastries, etc., but they're just without animal flesh or secretions :D
