I use all the beansprouts, a lot of Tai Basil, lime, jalapenos, and equal amounts of Sriracha and Hoisin sauce to get the correct reddish-brown broth that makes me sweat just a little and my nose to run. Spring Rolls and Vietnamese coffee is a must. I LOVE IT!
