Technically Spoilers Below Right? I absolutely HATED Bakugo at the beginning because I related with Midoriya being bullied like I was. Now obviously bullying someone cannot be justified, but people can change and while Bakugo is still kind of an asshole when not much is going on, he is significantly less so when things are serious. I mean he still yells at people but it's clearly not meant to intimidate people and it's just kind of what he does. I really don't understand how people think that Bakugo is a bland character. The only reason that I could think of is that they aren't caught up with the anime or manga or they don't notice it because there hasn't been anything that has been explicitly said about how he has developed. Either way it all comes down to opinion, but I personally think there are many counter arguments to him not being developed.
Eh. I had him figured out by the end of the first episode. Then again I watched the sub, which is a much more accurate translation. The dub makes bakugo out to be practically evil rather than just abrasive.

Tbh, his "muscle form" is one of the more nonsensical aspect of the show. I know they "tongue-in-cheek" explained it in the first couple of episodes as him "flexing" to keep his form up, but still don't make much sense. ;)

I'm genuinely not sure why most of the MHA community keeps pretending the "buff form" should be some sort of mystery, when the show has been extremely transparent in explaining it: - "Buff form" is what All Might looked like after years of training (probably helped by the fact that his quirk is by definition "a crystallization of power" and gives you a boost at whatever you do with it, basically). - He became emaciated after years of surgeries and poor health conditions, so "small Might" is his true form now. - His quirk can help him to temporarily restore his peak form by letting his power circulating in his body. He half-jokingly compared it to "flexing at the pool" but it's more like re-filling his body with energy for a short time.

@@Sarge23 Juan was right though. Before All Might's injury he was always buff. The flashback with Nana shows a younger Toshinori before he began working out. If you watch the clip from All Might Rising that came with the movie, you can see he's bulked up significantly since then. In the final part of that clip from the movie extras, he's fully buffed after his training with Gran Torino and heads to America to hide from All For One. After sustaining the injury five years ago, his body began to waste away from the repeated surgeries and it's after effects, something All Might explains in episode one
All might is a big dude, we see him before he gets the power and he is much smaller, ofcourse working out would make him more buff but he gets most of it from OFA otherwise he wouldnt get smaller
The guy with the red hair (stiff hands as you called him lol), he came second in the practical exam in the beginning right after bakugou. So yh they're pretty strong 😊😊

Fun Fact: when Nomu went through those clouds and they spread apart like that takes a tremendous amount of force. The only known force to move clouds like that is a nuclear explosion. Meaning All Might can punch with the force of a nuclear blast and as he stated this episode he’s far weaker than he used to be.
Not only can Deku reach that level, but we have never seen All Might at his full strength. We've only seen All Might in his weakened state after his injury. So when Deku fully evolves he'll not only be more powerful than we've seen All Might, but he'll be more powerful than All Might ever was because he'll also have the power All Might added to one for all. Also I've read the manga but no spoilers.

The issue is because of how the anime depicts him, in the Manga he's always drawn as 7'3, flexing or not, in the anime however, he's 7'3 while flexing but average size when not flexing, So if you only watch the anime, you'd be lead to think that it's an actual transformation.

The SmallMight/TallMight thing does get kinda explained, mostly through that line in the 2nd episode about how TallMight is basically like him flexing more than anything. It's not something that really necessarily needs an explanation tho, it's more of a thematic representation of his role in the world as a symbol people look to rather than an actual mechanic of his character/powers. It doesn't entirely make sense because it's not something that really needs to make sense for the story to work.

The screams of "PLUS ULTRA" when you see the My Hero movies in theatres with groups of fans is like seeing Star Wars in the Theater 30 years ago. It's exhilarating. I'm old, I'm an anime fan from the Mazinger /Tranzor Z, Robotech/Macross Starblazers / Space Battleship Yamato days, this show is something special.
Remember what allmight told Deku! He has to train and strengthen his body to handle the power that is allmight, or he would basically explode! So no he's not on the level of allmight. He already has the power he just don't have the capability or no how to handle it. Also remember that these are kids who's never been in battle b4 or used their powers in fighting. So to expect them to rush in like adults who are trained isn't very likely for most.this show will explore that as well.also remember to keep the video rolling because you're going to get a lot of end credit scenes in each episode, thinking its over when the credits run.
It's worth mentioning: All Might said there are only 4 people who know about his injury. The list of people who know about "One For All" and its inheritance might be a bit different.
All might was a weekling like deku, but trained a lot as well. When he was injured so badly in the fight against all for one, he had to go through many operations. (being operated, he was uncouncious, being uncouncious, his quirk wasnt activated). When using one for all for the first time after he was operated into small might, one for all pulled the momory foam move and so whenever he uses one for all hes returning to the old glory of his body
He was squishy like that before he developped his quirk properly (although a little bit more buffed because of the constant training to be a hero), you can see it some time after in the story but it isn´t really explained. They are a lot of theories about this, one of the most popular is that this is his manifestation of the quirk (that size and muscle makes easier to withstand the sheer power he manifests) just like Izuku glows because of the sudden energy expelled.
Please share this anime it deserves a lot more recognition and mark this comment because when you finish season 4 or even season 3 you'll understand why it deserves more recognition Edit: first time watching y'all and just a suggestion that is as good as my hero and your fans may agree this series is called Attack on titan

Its great because I think each season gets better than the previous.
All might was a weekling like deku, but trained a lot as well. When he was injured so badly in the fight against all for one, he had to go through many operations. (being operated, he was uncouncious, being uncouncious, his quirk wasnt activated). When using one for all for the first time after he was operated into small might, one for all pulled the momory foam move and so whenever he uses one for all hes returning to the old glory of his body
He's not a weakling. Definitely quirkless, but I won't call him a weakling. He's always had a pretty great physique, even before OFA.

He was always buff in his original form and he had eye pupils. He was also buff but leaner because he was younger.

He was squishy like that before he developped his quirk properly (although a little bit more buffed because of the constant training to be a hero), you can see it some time after in the story but it isn´t really explained.
They are a lot of theories about this, one of the most popular is that this is his manifestation of the quirk (that size and muscle makes easier to withstand the sheer power he manifests) just like Izuku glows because of the sudden energy expelled.
