I like how everytime Anthony sees Tokoyami is like *revelry in the dark*
Bakugou triggered Kaminari's electricity to make him go into his "dumb mode" and cheer up the class when their spirits were down. Also kind of acted as a distraction so he could privately speak with Kirishima.
Is this factual or speculation? Did the manga go into more detail because I was confused at that part as well
@@BasedNate Nothing is ever explicitly said in the manga either, but it's pretty obvious when you stop and think about it for a second. I don't mean that in a condescending assholish way btw because I was confused when I first saw that scene too.

I agree with using him as a distraction. But at least at this point in the series, i don't think Bakugo cares about them all being sad.
@@aidinexmachina4232 Imo you haven't really paid much attention to Bakugou's character development then, he genuinely does care for his classmates to an extent.
An OVA shows that Tsu didn't have many friends growing up because of how frank and unemotive her face could be. It's part of why she was so sad her classmates left to save Bakugo without telling her.
She was scared they felt slighted by her calling them villains.
Fun fact: in the light novel when Koda's pet gets lost, Bakugo looks for him in Mineta's room and is paralyzed by the amount of posters and pornographic magazines (in fact I think there were also "dirty" handkerchiefs all over the place) which causes him to be about to blow up the entire room if it weren't for the rabbit being there.

That part was always kinda cringe to me tbh, I still don't understand exactly what she was crying for. I don't know her backstory though since I haven't read the manga.

She was made fun of for her face because it isn't expressive and had no friends growing up because of it. So she feels like she HAS to explain herself/her feelings or she will lose them.
She doesn't understand this kind of social interaction because she has never granted it before. Just because of her quirk's physical traits.
Her whole speech was spun on by pure fear and uncertainty. She was sad to be without the friends she made and probably beyond relieved that she was told the way she feeling was OKAY... and be apologized to for what she thought was abandonment by her fault. Where she felt like she needed to isolate herself from them because she thought she hurt them by saying they're acting like villains for breaking the rules. She felt like she shattered everything she had from them for saying that because again, she doesn't know what she can or can't say to people.
I'm sad she had to learn that this type of thing was okay, in this way, and felt so scared/upset that she had to hide.
It seems silly to the audience because of how we perceive her or how she is trying to be perceived.
Tokoyami's character makes a lot more sense when you think of him as a guy with eternal middle school syndrome. That's actually the main joke with how ludicrously grimdark his room is.
The reason Bakugo made Kaminari short out was to make him all stupid and cheer up the other classmates. He may be a dick, but he has a heart 😂

I loved how excited Kacee was to see the rooms and I loved how Anthony totally got emotional during the Froppy scene at the end. I so look forward to seeing future videos!! ❤️❤️

I think people are reading too much into the electricity. It was just to distract the class while he paid back Kirishima. It's not like he was looking at the rest of the class before he did it, he was only looking at Kirishima

In the manga its explicitly stated that he had Kaminari go into dumb mode to help cheer people up because he felt bad to essentially be the root cause of everyone being down. I don't remember if he tells everyone that, but the chapter does take the time to explain it.

@@captaincannabis3321 it was never specified what his room looked like there just judged based on his personality which isn't a bad since of judgment as everyone's rooms designs are based on there personality so based on minetas personality it would be a bad idea to go inside

I've seen this episode before but for some reason I shed a tear seeing it kinda after seeing one of the ova's small parts

Inko Midoriya is one of the BEST mothers in Anime History. In fact, many of the characters have awesome parents - as far as we know, Kouda, Jirou, Mirio, and Ochako all have awesome parents.

yeah bakugo was making kamarina release his dumb state so he could distract people, but also raise their spirits cause they all just went through a major ordeal as a class so he wanted to cheer them up.

Btw if you’re wondering who the UA traitor could be just search up “Joy Boy theories U A traitor”. That guy did an amazing theory video.
Till this day I still believe Toru Hagakure (the invisible girl) is a likely mole at UA. Her powers making it relatively easy to escape campus ground unseen, spy and leak info. She was one of the few students (or perhaps the only one, I can't remember) who suddenly couldn't go with when their class went on the trip to the shopping mall. Her absence was explicitly mentioned which was weird. The next scene literally shows Shigiraki saying he got a "call" from an inside source telling him where to find Deku.
When their class went on that trip to a secret training location in the forest the principle stated how nobody from UA but him and Aizawa knew where they would be staying (the students only finding out when they got there). The next day they were attacked by The League and Toru was nowhere to be seen (no pun intended lol). We also barely had any character moments for her. So going off the anime we don't know much about her at all (personality and motivations). I don't read the manga so please no spoilers if you do know more than this 🙏

@Ulfang999 In fact, that gives more weight to the theory, not the league or AFO knew that the students were going to be there so the alleged infiltrator could not warn them for something.
Also voting for class president she was also absent, but I believe nothing in the manga has said anything about it
It could also be Kaminari, we still know little about him and his quirk could be of great use for sabotage and getting past electric traps or security systems. Some theories say that he could be faking his ”dumb” mode to make himself look weaker then expected and be purposely the dumbest student so no one would expect him.

Bakugou made Kaminari go dumb so no one would see him pay Kirishima back. He didn't want anyone to see him be sentimental and thank him. Sue was sad because she had thought she convinced them to stay home, but the fact that she didn't made her sad not because they didn't trust her, but because even though she thought it was a bad idea, she would have wanted to be there to at least help. Also Sue because of her Frog nature isn't used to expressing her feelings, it's literally her face, that's why she's a blunt as she is because it would be hard for someone to understand what she is feeling, so when you make her cry, you know you really messed up.

Same reason there is a tenacious theory that she is the traitor, because she has the financial motivation to do it, and because Horikoshi hinted that her name was reeeally clever, prompting people to find double meaning in some of its characters that can be construed as "double-faced" or "treacherous."
