鮮奶油(可用牛奶代替)whipping cream 475 g
牛奶 milk 100 g
香草精華 vanilla essence 2.5 tsp
蛋黃 egg yolk 50 g ( 2.5 pieces)
全蛋 whole egg 125 g (2.5 pieces)
白砂糖 white granulated sugar 60 g
玉米澱粉 corn starch 7.5 g

Hi Thanks for sharing. Did you bake at the lovr rack of the oven? When you said cover with another baking pan, does it mean put another pan in another rack above? Thanks

可以試 1:1 ,但質感可能會唔同
