THANK you THANK God for you! “ so a man thinketh , so he is”. Battled with Depression & Anxiety for years with only small momentary victories. Last week was in a very dark defeated place! God reminded me the Tapping Solution that I found 2 years ago . Paid for the app but gave up & did not do it consistently & was not patient. After just a few days my energy & focus shifted. Little by little I was able to get projects done that were overwhelming and paralyzing! On Day 7 and last week I could not be consistent past 2 days & got very little done & would beat myself up back dow to a defeated mindset. This week I was able to make list. And get things done at a healthy pace free from degrading judgement! Amen!!! Progress Thank you restoring Hope 😊❤
Thank you for taking the time to produce this. I have been using this everyday and it had moved me to a calm place & confident mind space to move past my fear & anxiety to get things done. Yesterday I woke up late & felt so much anxiety about my life & particularly a house project & once I did this tapping session was able to shift energy from paralysis to calm, confident, clear thinking to get project done & done right! Thank You thank you
I can not wait until my book comes just tapping this morning changed how I felt I can't wait to see how my life is going to transform into more positive moments
This one made me cry because of all the self doubt that I've been feeling. I am going to start listening to this everyday and hope that it'll help me finish school and feel more deserving
Alex, thanks so much for this powerful video! Tapping in the morning really helps me to feel more grounded - I will definitely incorporate your 2 step process into my routine. Also, the rationale why it’s important to be calm in the morning is the best motivator for me not to have caffeine!

My questions are where can I get your tapping diary (?) and how can I listen to just today's tappings, without the commentary (nothing personal, lol)? Thank you. I so glad I'm back to tap. I decreased from about a 9 to a 2, each time. :) (I'm a prime member of the app).
