man, i don't know if you're reading off of a script or just spewing off the top of your head, but you explain everything very well and speak very succinctly and clearly
hey sam do you think explosive lifters benefit more from pauses than non explosive lifters? and would non explosive lifters benefit more from straight sets?
Hey bro, I saw your interview on the alphadestiny page and I absolutely loved your insights into training. Would you be able to give a similar mini workout for OHP and the BB Row?
I obviously won't speak for Sam, but from what I learned and from what he said in the beginning specificity is key, so no I think what Sam laid out here is more productive if strength is the goal.
@@jackedkarlmarx yeh, I think there wouldn’t be much in it tho, you’d be incorporating the big four into your regime for 6-12 reps, so they would develop too. Just interested in Sam’s thoughts.
Becoming larger than the whiteboard
Dips have made a tremendous difference in my bench…I like buffalo, queso, and guacamole

Do you think this approach is more productive than simply dedicating yourself to bodybuilding for the first year or two of your training career?

At 1:40, are those sets of 8 of squats to depth or ATG (which in theory grows more muscle but is less specific)?
Sets of 8 for volume should be full ROM so ATG. He's even talking about Olympic style weightlifters, and they only do high bar ATG squats.
